Title: Nice hose, great fast warranty support
Review: I ordered my Bionic Hose in Summer 2023 after seeing some positive reviews online. By April 2024, it sprung a small leak in the middle of the hose. Also, the sprayer attachment cracked. I liked the hose, but was very disappointed that it broke so quickly. The box advertises a 5-year warranty, so I expected it to last for 5+ years.That said, on Mon 4/8/24 I tried calling the Emson Customer Support number on my Amazon Order page, and to my pleasant surprise, someone picked up the phone quickly. She asked me for my shipping info, and created a replacement order for me. She just asked me to email them a copy of my Amazon receipt. By Wed 4/10/24, I received a reply to my email saying a replacement hose had been shipped. The brand new hose arrived 1 week later on Wed 4/17/24.Next year, I will remove my hose before the winter and store it in my house. I suspect that the damage was due to the cold weather (although it's not that cold where I live). I still give the hose a 5-star rating, because it's lightweight, doesn't kink, and customer service was fantastic.

Title: Lightweight, extremely flexible
Review: I was very surprised when I received my 75-foot stainless steel water hose. It's much lighter than the rubber/vinyl hoses I have that are only 50 feet long. It also doesn't kink up like the other hoses do, and it's easy to work with, even when I'm trying to get around corners, the bird bath, and other obstacles.

Title: GREAT HOSE UNTIL IT BREAKS
Review: I have several of these hoses all around my property. I've replaced each of them a few times because, while they are extremely durable, they do still break. And when they break, they always seem to break at the connector. I'm switching this time to a different brand, although the materials appear to be the same so I'm not sure if it'll make a difference. The problem is that, when an ordinary hose breaks you can cut off the broken end and attach a new connector. You can't do that with these. Once these steel hoses break, they're done -- you need to purchase an entirely new hose. That said, these are still the best style of hose for me. I have physical limitations and minor disabilities. These hoses are lightweight, they don't kink, they're easy for me to drag around the yard, they don't tangle, they're flexible and they are still far more durable than any of those fabric shrivel-up coil hoses which waste a ton of water when you shut them off. I haven't found a better style of hose yet, and I think I've tried just about every kind out there. I'm entirely sold on these. Just saying, don't assume they will never break. I need to replace mine about every 18 months or so.

Title: Don’t hold up
Review: Purchased in September 2022. Worked great for the last two months of the season. The following summer the cut off valve handle broke off, but was able to use the shut off on my sprayer attachment. The following summer and more this year it leaks under the black plastic at the connection fitting. Moved the black plastic back to find it is only taped at the connection—not connected brass to steel. Was hoping for $65 it would last 5 years however barely two seasons was all. It is light weight, doesn’t kink or rust and rolls up easily, however the heavy leaking is not acceptable—wouldn’t have minded a few drips. Going to try a metal hose with brass connections directly to metal and no plastic covering. Fingers crossed.

Title: Great customer service
Review: I bought a hose in May 2023 and it has a 5 year warranty. Over a year later my hose sprung a leak. I use my hose quite a bit. I have a pool that needs to be filled and I have a very tropical yard that requires a lot of water. I contacted the companies customer service and they were very helpful! Ask for proof of purchase, photo or video of the problem with the hose and all my info. A week later I have my new hose.Thank you

Title: no kinking, holds up to what it promises
Review: after years of wrangling with nylon and rubber hoses and getting annoyed because of kinking and/or springing holes over time and not to forget that these can be quite heaving to lug around I resorted to give the Bionic Steel PRO Metal Garden Hose 50feet a try and so far am quite happy with it. It is lightweight, keeps the pressure, does not kink. Important is to allow the water drain out after using by leaving the nozzle valve open.

Title: Excellent product not delivered as described
Review: Works as described but the 3, 75-foot hoses I received did not include the on-off lever as presented in the description. I will keep the hoses to avoid the hassle of return and the possibility of receiving three more that do not have the on-off lever.A friend gifted me a metal hose last year and I've used it since. We live in Arizona and have over a 1/3 acre covered with rock, cactus, riprap (larger rocks), and boulders. Our PNW Costco fabric covered hoses did not hold up to this environment. We use the hoses year-round and have found the metal ones to hold up much better. They take up about 1/2 the space of either a regular hose or fabric hose and are lighter. No kinks ever, and surprising to me, they stay cool to the touch even in 100+ temperatures (unlike my black fabric covered hoses.) I opted for this brand because of the excellent price for 75 footers and the brass fittings.Observations and suggestions1. The fireman's nozzle included with the hose is well made but restricts the waterflow to 1/3 that of the nozzles I have from Costco. I tested by filling a 5-gallon water bucket and timing the fill rate on full flow.2. I would untangle and roll out the hose prior to attaching to water. I made the mistake of thinking, since it came all rolled up, that I could just attach and stretch it out. No.3. It is a metal hose and during the first uses you will get silver on your hands as you run the hose through for rewinding. It washes off easy, its yard work, so don't wear your white gloves from church!

Review: One year in and I'm very happy with this hose. Perhaps just lucky that it hasn't leaked yet but so far it's been awesome. Tough but light and easy to handle, never kinks, almost impossible to tangle, coils well. The shut off valve at the end of hose is a timesaver, plus it can prevent water loss via leaky nozzles. Good quality hardware at both ends. I have run over it with my car once or twice (oops) and there was absolutely no damage. Happy!

Review: After years of struggling with the typical rubber garden hoses, I decided to replace all of my garden hoses this year. I replaced a couple of runs with the expandable hoses (great option) but I decided to go with the metal garden hoses for the longest run. I had purchased a 100 ft metal hose which was just a little short so I purchased this Bionic Steel 25 ft hose to extend the run. I am extremely pleased with the transition to the metal garden hose. They are so much lighter than the rubber hoses, they don't tangle and they are so much less frustrating to work with. Ultimately saves time and energy in coiling and uncoiling the hoses. I especially like the fact that this particular hose has the shut off valve at the end. This is a very convenient feature. Needless to say I will never be going back to the rubber hoses.
