INSTALLATION & OPERATION

Title: Wine cooler stopped working
Review: I purchased this product 12/7/2021. Easy to use and temperature consistently stayed 1 or 2 degrees to the set value. Unfortunately less than 60 days later I noticed the temperature got colder. I was unable to set the temperature that the device would accept. The temperature stayed consistently colder. I wrote to the seller and they decided to replace the wine cooler. I am more than satisfied with their quick response and fulfillment. I do suggest that you purchase a surge protector when purchasing this product just in case my issue was related to a power outage days prior to detecting this issue.

Title: Excellent Customer Service
Review: This product was exactly what we were expecting. It looked good and worked great, at first. For some reason, after a few weeks it stopped working and we could not get it to work again after following the trouble-shooting directions in the manual. We contacted customer service at the company at the email in the manual. We got a prompt response and a promise of a new unit. Within a week, we had it. Amazing customer service.

Title: Stopped working after a few days
Review: Wine cooler was very nice for about 4-5 days; then the display went blank and the backlight flashed continuously, buttons on the control panel stopped working, and it started to smell like burning plastic. I unplugged it for a day and tried again the next day, same thing. Very poor QC, you can gamble on this and hope you get a good one, or you can spend a bit more and get something reliable. Can't recommend.

Review: I am really happy with this refrigerator. Being a red wine drinker I like that I have more room for reds than whites. Perfect size to tuck next to my buffet.Customer service is amazing. I had a minor problem with the thermostat and emailed the company; they quickly responded asking for an address to send a replacement. I had the replacement within a week.

Review: I purchased this wine cooler because the size was perfect for my needs. I was a bit skeptical that there were no reviews, but Amazon's return policy put me at ease. I am so happy with my decision! The dual-zone feature is great, reds and whites are kept at optimum temperatures. I was concerned it would be noisy as I read so many others were. My concerns were unwarranted, it’s so quiet- you barely know it’s there! The lighting and overall appearance is nice. I’m very happy with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend it.
