Note: For optimal heating and performance results, the following is recommended:

Avoid leaving your spa out at temperatures lower than 40°FSwitch control box off every 48 hours to allow temperatures to cool and resetUse a 12/3 extension cord if one is required (if an extension cord is not necessary, it is recommended to connect hot tub directly to outlet)Connect hot tub to designated 20 AMP plug when in use (heater requires 1200 watts of electricity and the bubbles require 600 watts of electricity)For safest use, it is recommended to set your temperature at 100°F or lower

Title: AMAZING! Totally recommend!
Review: After 3 months of use, this is still the best investment we could have made! Super easy to set up, I mean it was basically plug and play! We use it at least once per day. We are two average tall people and three is fine but 4 is quite cramped. It does take 24 hours to heat up, so we just leave it on. It holds well at 104, it's HOT! We don't even need bubbles, because the bubbles cools down the water pretty quick. We have purchased replacement filters, but found that a good thorough scrubbing can make the filter last a couple of weeks instead of weekly. I have grain chlorine that I add occasionally, when the strips say I need it. But the water is super clear! The electrical bill might be a bit more, but it's totally worth it. I sleep better and feel better overall.

Title: Don't waste your money
Review: We originally ordered this hot tub back in the Spring. The heater went out within the first two weeks. We were disappointed, but reached out to the seller and they offered to send us a brand-new hot tub. We got the replacement hot tub and now right at six months later, the heater has gone out again. We have followed all maintenance instructions that came with the hot tub, and it has still gone out again. I contacted the seller, and they are now refusing to do anything about it as we are just outside the warranty window. Don't waste your money on this product. Find something that will last more than a few months.

Review: I have 0 complaints. This hot tub’s plastic is very durable and the temperature goes up to 104 which is great. This product is easy to setup and retains its air well. The design could fit 2-3 small adults. I’m 5ft and my man at the time is 5’8. We had plenty of room. Great value.

Review: Got the Hot Tub in today, and had a few things to do before setting up, once I got started, it was dark out. I was able to assemble, blow it up and fill it with water by myself. The setup took about 15 minutes, and the water took a bit longer, but was done in the partial darkness. It fit exactly where I wanted it on the Patio, happy with my purchase.

Title: Terrible Quality Heater - AVOID AT ALL COST
Review: Price was great - a little too great.The Bad (clearly more important than the good):The heater failed after less than 48 hours, as tracked by my circuit-specific energy monitoring device (name redacted, but it rhymes with Informia Synergy). The hot tub heated room temp water to 104F once, then once covered it would not maintain temp before the end of the 2nd day. For reference: startup time with a full water volume was 12/3/2023 1PM, power draw 1300W, peaked 1640W 12/3 6PM and maintained through 12/4 9PM with a measurement of 1470W, before dropping to 473W at 10PM, and never peaking above 386W between 12/4 11PM and 12/8 5PM with a 24 hour disconnect/cool-down period on 12/5 6PM to 12/6 6PM.Water temp, as measured 12/8/2023 5PM (5 days, 5 hours after delivery) was 65F, in a climate controlled 4 seasons room with an average temp 65F-70F this time of year. Resetting and unplugging the unit made no difference in heater performance or power draw.I do NOT recommend this brand to anyone until they fix their heaters. Please check additional 2 and 3 star reviews (and probably 1 star) - the heater is a common failure piece on these units, and the return process is atrocious. Amazon doesn't immediately issue a refund/return label, but instead will 'email me instructions to complete the refund'. Pay with a credit card if you insist on buying this, so you can rely on your credit card provider (Visa, Amex, MC, Discover, etc.) to provide consumer protections in case Amazon and the seller decide to deny your refund).DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCTThe Good:Hot tub inflates easily, and setup is fairly straightforward. A decent chemical kit for spas allows easy setup and proper water chemistry, and the 110V plug with GFCI and easy drain and easy inflate is pretty nice.It does include a (cheap) cover with locking switches, but honestly anything heavier than an infant would be at risk with the cover included. It also includes a ground cloth, but overall the quality is garbage

Review: I just recently purchased this hot tub. I set it up by myself and when my wife got home from work she said it looked small. Well, last night we went in it for the first time, and even though it may look small it was actually very spacious. I am 5"8 and my wife is 5"2 and we both had tons of leg room. The motor is also quiet. The hot tub we had prior to this one (different brand) does not compare. If I have anything negative to say it would be that this one does not have strap handles inside to hold on to ground you when the bubbles are going. Other than that we love our new hot tub.
