Title: Truly excellent product - wish we had purchased this years ago
Review: We have moderately hard water and over the years, its damaged our pipes and faucets and when we wash dishes, it leaves spots and stains. We also had itchy and dry skin and until recently never realized that this was also due to the hard water.A friend recommended the NG4L and after hearing how its benefited them, we ordered it and it took a plumber less than 30 mins to install. Ours is inside the garage since it only needs flushing out once every 6 months. From the moment we installed it we could see and feel the difference. Our water feels 'soft', showers are different, the water tastes and smells cleaner, there's zero spots or stains after dishwasher cycles, our skin is no longer dry or itchy. We 100% recommend this product. It pays for itself by protecting you and your home and it is by far the simplest and most effective way to eliminate hard water.

Title: Love this water filter!
Review: I just love this water filter. My plumber came by and installed it in around 1-2 hours. He mentioned that it was easy to install.I feel the difference on my skin and hair. No more white buildup in the dishwasher and faucets. Glad we were able to get these results without paying for a large salt-based filter. Definitely recommend.

Title: Over priced and over rated.
Review: It might work for mildly hard water situations but not hard water. I purchased the one for "Extra Hard" water because, I have extra hard water. It worked okay for 2 weeks then not at all. For the extreme purchase price and the expensive filter cartridges , I had MUCH greater expectations. I ended up going with the traditional salt based unit that far exceeded my expectations.

Title: Well worth the effort
Review: This saltless water filtration is superior to my salted old water softener. Not only does this water softener soften the hardest water that we have into Crystal clear drinking water. Our house is now fully filtrated and this unit is the best. There was however a broken part, the ball valve on the bottom, they sent one out the same day after I advised them of the issue. That is customer service and I really enjoy the fact that I didn't have to fight to get a part. I have already recommended this to several of my family and friends. Also, if you're handy, you can install this yourself. You just need to know how to sweat pipes, solder them, and know how to use a blowtorch, and the correct piping available to you. I also purchased the 8-month filter. The one that comes with the unit is a 6-month filter. All of the plumbers that I've asked said that these filters last a lot longer than what they're advertised for. The majority said that as soon as we get lower water pressure it's time to change the filter. I don't know if this seller can verify that or not. I know you're supposed to clean the mesh filter as well. I would imagine that would catch most of the lime scale and sediment. To clean The metal mesh, I would imagine we could just submerse it in CLR, and then do a thorough cleaning. Overall awesome experience and they have proves to me that customer service is Paramount to their product.

Title: This product is a scam!
Review: I was tired of dealing with a salt softener, so I thought I'd give this product a try. After using it for 2 months, it's clear it does nothing to "reduce scale" as advertised. All of our toilets have a scale ring that we never had with salt.It sucks, don't waste your money. Unfortunately I can't return it any longer. Maybe the manufacturer will step up. We'll see...

Title: "SPOT FREE"
Review: Our "standpoint water" is approx. 400ppm TDS and high Ca / Fe. With high setting on water softener, still spots in the dishwasher and car wash. Installed the NG4L and bypassed the softener. Cycled the water through the water heater. Now, no spots after dishwasher cycles and hardly any signs of spotting after car wash. No salt in the water to dry skin after showering. It was a leap of faith purchasing the NG4L, and it paid off.
