What‘s the power supply mode？
There are 2 power supply modes: 1. Gigabit POE power supply. 2. standard power supply with a type C cable.
How to modify the IP of the device?
Step 1: Log in the WEB UI interface (tips: please keep PC and device are in the same local area network). Step 2: Modify the IP address of the PC to 192.168.31.X ( different from device's IP address). Step 3: Then modify the device IP.
Any requirement for the switch during use?
It must be gigabit switch to avoid any possible video lag, sound lag or other phenomena.
What can I do if I forget the password?
when you set the account before but after that you forget the password, please press the reset button for 8 seconds. Then the device will reset to factory account and password.(Account: root Password: admin).
