Title: Great book for easy and yummy sorbets
Review: This book is a must for sorbets lovers and if many recipes ask for an ice maker, the rest simply requiers a blender and a freezer. The recipes are easy, numerous and various: think fresh fruits or frozen fruits and even canned fruits (pear sorbet), with alcool or not at the end of the book (Ron or tequila. One recipe has vodka in it.) Raspberries, blueberries, avocado or ginger root sorbet, or melon, grapefruit, pineapple, etc. The fruits are used alone or combined with other fruits or plants (coconut or mint for ex.), these tasty sorbets will give a delicate and sweet touch after a copious meal. Everyone will find its favorite recipe for sure. Sorbets are less caloric than ice cream and what is better than home made ones?
