How did we get our start?

We are a budding entrepreneur team of culinary enthusiasts who provide the best bakeware items. We coined the term from Essensu, a Japanese word for ‘Essence’. One of us is a Japanese housewife, obsessed with the best bakeware set.

Title: FINALLY a pan that works for large items!
Review: I had an issue at Thanksgiving with a turkey too large for normal pans so ended up with flimsy aluminum roasting pans. For Easter we went with a turkey meal again and I didn't have a pan. I ordered this one... had it come overnight and used it yesterday. This held a 22lb turkey easily. The rack its up and hooks onto knobs within the pan. The metal handles are nice and sturday AND the pan is nonstick and cleaned up easily. After trying so many different things this pan was great!!! It can easily hold a large roast with vegetables or a carolina boil for 6 people. LOVE it and highly recommend!

Title: Great roaster
Review: I bought this because I got tired of buying the disposable pans every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I'm so glad I bought this! The pan seems well made and sturdy, and it held up well in the oven with a 20 lb turkey. The rack is a great feature and I'm happy it was included but I wasn't able to use it with the size turkey I had. Wasn't a big enough issue to affect my rating, but it might be an issue for some. It was also very easy to clean, which is a big plus for me.

Title: Quality product
Review: My husband is a retired chef so he usually wants to feel the product before we purchase to make sure it has a good weight to it but we had to make a last minute purchase and turned to Amazon. We were very impressed by the quality of this roaster. The handles are solid and sturdy, the rack is perfect and the size of the roaster was perfect for our 20 pound turkey. Very pleased.

Title: Great product!
Review: I was invited to a friend's house for Christmas dinner.I offered to make a turducken for the family.A local butcher sells turducken, and I purchased it from them.I followed the directions on the packaging using this roasting pan, and the turducken was a big hit.I also employed this pan to make the gravy for the Christmas dinner using Jamie Oliver's recipe, and it was fabulous.

Title: Turkey time
Review: I’ve been using an aluminum roasting pan for the past 25+ years. It was given to me by my husband’s aunt and I’ve been graciously using it. However I wanted to buy a roasting pan for myself, I deserve it! Well wouldn’t you know it like magic this popped up on my feed. I didn’t want to let this roasting pan down so I bought it and haven’t looked back. This pan has a nice non-stick coating which will be great for roasting food in the oven. With a dimension size of 17x14 this will be my go to for anything I need to roast whether it’s a turkey, chicken, roast or pork chops. What I really love about this roasting pan is how the rack is designed to sit right on the 4 bolts of the pan. This pan’s design is ingenious and thoughtful, providing the maximum amount of room for the food and keeping the customers interests at heart.
