Title: Insightful
Review: I want to thank you for writing this book to inspire people to be the best version of themselves. Although I already was using the tools to not overthink, or not do much “Thinking” in this matter, this book has given me an even broader insight as to how to not let your overthinking consume your life. It was well written, easy to understand and a little humorous at times. I didn’t even finish the book before I already recommended it to a friend & family member. A great read and must have.

Title: Simple and thought provoking
Review: This was a great book. I would say that it gets a bit out there but the principle is sound. I learned a lot and use what I learned pretty regularly now. You have to be open, as if you are sitting under a tree in some far off land and listening to an old wise monkey tell you a fable. Just be open and listen to its simplicity and I think you’ll enjoy. If you are overly critical and not really one to read between the lines and expand your mind, then meh, probably not for you.

Title: Must Have
Review: I couldn't agree more with the author. Our thoughts keep us trapped. The more we think about something, the further down the rabit hole we spiral. One of the biggest lesson's I learned was to let go and this book taught me that it was my own thoughts that I was holding onto that I needed to let go of. Its a easy to read with short and insightful chapters. I highly recommend this book. It has helped in numerous ways and I can't wait to put it into practise.

Review: Offers a powerful perspective on how our thoughts shape our experiences and contribute to our suffering. The book emphasizes that much of our emotional distress comes from identifying with our thoughts and believing them to be absolute truths. It encourages readers to detach from their thoughts, recognize them as transient, and develop a mindful awareness of their mental patterns. The author provides practical tools to challenge negative thinking, embrace the present moment, and cultivate a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
