Title: Failed Connection
Review: My phone and jet pack receive the signal from the tower without a router. The Instructions were not clear enough for me to connect my phone. Also, I got a wrong system name in the phone, and I can't get it out. I lost the 5g from the repeater to the phone. The phone will not add it back. Maybe Verizon can help get the phone as it was.

Review: Our router is downstairs so any room upstairs that wasn’t in the vicinity of the room above wouldn’t get a good signal. This thing is so strong, the TV, phones and my Tempo fitness machine can run off it and they’re upstairs on the opposite side of the house from the router (the extender is in the hallway outlet outside of the room all the tech is in). Be sure to read the directions for proper setup.
