Title: I feel great!!
Review: This product has been a life changer for me!! Swelling in my legs and feet is gone! I feel happier and lighter. It is easy to use, quiet and takes up no space. It has eased the pain in my shoulder and neck. Seems to be high quality and works very well so far. I highly recommend this product. Only takes 10 minutes a day!

Title: PUREROYI Vibration Plate
Review: Ever since I received my vibration plate, all I have done so far to get me started is 10 min, 3 x a day. And it’s been a life saver. It’s given me a reason and much energy to self motivate myself since it’s been a bit since I’ve worked out. It’s very important to train your mind that it doesn’t have to be strenuous, kill your self exercises for better results and improve your performance. It’s great on my whole body, I feel great because blood circulation , the vibrating all over my body, my osteoarthritis doesn’t bother me anymore as much as it used to. So it’s also pain relief without hurting your liver from all the medications prescribed for pain. I love how I can use it and can put it away without the hassle under my bed or sofa. It’s a great toy for yourself, even as a gift for that someone special that you love and wish health to. I highly recommend to anyone. Easier and safer and way cheaper than a membership at the gym.

Title: A must try product
Review: At first I was a little skeptical about the product and would it work? I decided to try the product out and it is so easy to use. You stand on the unit and pick the speed and you shake. Well, the first thing I noticed was my belly fat slowly becoming firm. And I stand a lot during the day so the movement feels good on my legs! I am now using this in the mornings for the suggested 10 minutes. The unit is very sturdy and can slide under a bed or couch so out of the way. I highly recommend this product. You can also do an arm work out on the unit if you want a full body workout and it comes with handles that I do not use, but a good option! It is also great for balance and you use different muscles if you stand straight up or squat. Give it a try!

Review: I looked for a vibration plate for a long time before I purchased the PUREROYI Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. After seeing costly, heavy, bulky and limitations of several machines I checked out, I purchased this one because it is very affordable, solid, effective and offers many options. I am happy I can get a full workout to enhance circulation and enhance full body health in just 10 minutes a day. It is light and easy to move if needed, but solid in construction. It has so many options, but is it simple to use with a control remote and it is lots of fun. It is a great addition to an individual or to a family's exercise routine due to its range of options.

Title: All things considered, great purchase!
Review: The 4 star rating is a combination of the product, the remote, and the manual. The frustration first:The remote- works sporadically, and that, only some of the features. The others look like they’re for show only.The manual- is very sparse. Written in a strange form of English. The ‘how to use’ section is not even one page. Basically what positions you can use the machine and what they target. The modes, time recommendations, how to’s, etc. are nonexistent. You would think that the money we pay for the product wouldn’t skimp on something so vital to using the product they’re so proud of. Go figure!The machine itself- excellent quality. Very well made, stable when standing on it, runs fairly quietly, and offers 4 modes. I had to research online to figure out what they were, but now that I do, it helps me figure out what works best for me.I used the machine on low 3 times for 10 minutes (programmed) and the next day I could barely move. This tells me that the workout was authentic. This is something I will be faithful to due to the low effort needed to use. For someone who is disabled, this is a godsend!
