Title: Quality is good, BUT
Review: As a kid, I remember my mom using this very product. Same brand. Same design. Same color. I decided to give it a go. We have come a long way in the 20 plus years since my mom used this product. I would recommend buying a washer that has the pre-filled drawer that will add the fabric softener at the right wash cycle. I would not buy this ever again.

Review: I have used a Downey ball for years. When my old one finally broke I wanted to get a new one but could not find any in the stores. I found it on your site and was very happy. Until I got it. The first one I ordered was in April 17. I recieved it but it does not work. It will not release the softener at all. So I thought may be there was some thing wrong with that one. So I ordered another one May 10 th. I recieved it and this one does the same thing. It will not open up to release the softener. So the Downey ball is not made correctly so it does not work right. I strongly think you should inform the company and stop selling it on your site until it is corrected. I know it does not cost a lot but I would think your company only sells good products. I am sure you do not what to discredit your companies reputation. Thank you
