Title: No Mess
Review: Loved these stainless steel plates! I love making my own chicken nuggets and schnitzels. I just got these and they are a game changer! Wish I found them sooner. Had been using plates in the past and would always make such a mess going from starch to egg to breading crumbs. My cutlets fit so perfect in these and I was able to have enough ingredients fit into these trays to make up to 7 large pieces of schnitzel. I could have fit more though. This was just how much I made in one sitting.Also as you can see in my photo, these creates a nice assembly line to the frying pan. Would highly recommend if you like to bread meat.
