Title: Better than Expected
Review: Hello! Random TalesOfArk Review! So I got this wallet when it was on "sale". If you had bought it on their website it would've been a bit cheaper, and maybe would've came with a money clip, but I decided that I rather have 2 day shipping and Amazon Refund policy in case the wallet wasn't something I enjoyed or wasn't to my liking. Also for comparison I will also upload the wallet I was using before for 2-3yrs, that I got from Marshalls. So I been daily driving this for a week or so and it's been working great! I love how sleek it is and the color coordination is pretty good. Mines is like Gray with highlights of Black, and it's pleasing to the eyes, although some of you may not mind, but I do. Imagine if you had a pee yellow color with like hot pink (ew). Fashion is true end game. I prefer the Parliament, because I wanted something than just a hunk of metal/plastic in my pocket. So it has a nice cover where I can keep my most used card on the back, while I use the money strap to hold my ID for easy access. There are also 2 inside flaps that I use for like my Boba coupon stamp, and Zoo membership. I keep my not so used often cards in the "Pop Up" box, for like when I need them, but not cards that I would need all the time. So far the mechanisms for the pop up hasn't been broken yet, but then again I am not really playing with it. Oh the amount of cards I put in is like 4, so it's not at the limit. As for cards falling out, yes they do fall out, BUT you would have to shake it really hard. So I'm not sure why people are so upset about it, I don't see how in everyday life where you have to be shaken really hard and have your wallet out for you to lose your card. As for the leather material, LOOK. Real talk, I have no idea what leather, real leather, fake leather, psudo leather or whatever feels like or do I care really, so I can't really comment on that. Well can't really comment on much else since I tend to forget about stuff, but even if you buy it on Amazon, you can still get the Ekster 1-yr warranty. Although, it's annoying how they can't share with you their website, which seems really suspicious to me tbh, I try asking support but they're so vague about it like it was some kinda rules. All in all, I enjoy the wallet, what I would suggest for an upgrade, maybe a proper place to put my ID a clear flap or something would be nice.P.S: I'll update if anything bad happens with the wallet, if you hear nothing than it's still going good.

Title: Compact and light
Review: My son cannot stop raving about this wallet. The extra protection from theft was the selling point. The material is top of the line and matches to his clothing beautifully. He can carry five credit cards without it appearing bulky.

Title: Cool option if you live a cashless life
Review: In short, I think this is a really good wallet if you don't use or need to carry cash. The Parliment with the leather "case" is a nice touch, but you could probably get just as much utility out of the basic Ekster card holder. The card slot and ejection system is very cool and easy to use. When filling with the proper amount of cards I had to try very hard to fling the wallet around in such a way that cards fell out.The reason that I ultimately returned this wallet is that I am apparently a dinosaur who still uses cash and the cash band on this wallet just didn't do it for me. To start it is not the most secure method of holding cash -- you need a sizeable wad for it to be held securely. And as someone who used their last wallet for 10+ years before it fell apart, I want something that will last me another 10+ years. The elastic of the cash strap did not look or feel like it would last me 10 years, let alone 2-3.A few other things to note. The leather quality on here was just okay. Better than a lot of cheaply made leather goods, but not premium by any means. I am unsure how it would hold up over time and don't think you would ever get a patina or anything like you'd want out of a good quality leather item. The size of this wallet is great -- very small. However, due to the rigid structure of the card holder, it can sometimes be uncomfortable in a back-pocket. This is probably best as a front-pocket wallet.

Title: Minimalist wallet
Review: Iâm guilty of being one of those people who read the reviews, but never writes one. Well this wallet forced me to write, itâs perfect in many ways. Itâs still much smaller than the traditional wallet, it has way more room than MagSafe wallets, place for cash, and the pop up button, which lets be honest guys we love gadgets. But it also has a very classy and elegant vibe to it. This wallet is smooth and it is definitely a head turner. I had there card case and liked it, but was annoyed that I couldnât carry all my stuff, with this I donât have to decide what Iâm going to leave behind. I have all my needs and still have room. I will be recommending this wallet to everyone and may have found the perfect gift for many of my friends and family. Donât hesitate buy this wallet.

Title: Disappointing Product!
Review: I recently purchased this wallet and I am incredibly disappointed. After only five days of use, the card push applicator did not work properly and can no longer eject my cards effectively. To access my cards, it required the use of a tweezer and this little piece of plastic came out. It is frustrating because I was expecting better quality, especially considering the high price. The design looked promising, but the materials just don't work. For the amount I spent, I was expecting a durable wallet. Unfortunately, this has proven to be a poor investment. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable wallet.

Review: Bought this is June and the pop up card feature broke in November! I expected a lot more for the $130+ dollars! Do not recommend. After writing this review I was contacted by Ekster. They have since resolved this issue by covering it under warranty.

Review: One year update:Still very happy. Wallet still looks new. Mechanism still works perfectly. If you can live with just a few cards, an ID and maybe one or two bills max, you'll love this thing. This wallet is super comfortable in your front pocket. Using the card eject mechanism becomes almost automatic with a little muscle memory. It would be really hard to go back to a regular wallet.Original Review:We are going to start off at 5 stars and see how it goes.Initial impressions are very good. The leather is beautiful, feels good, smells good. The lift mechanism works smoothly. I particularly like the shape as it's extremely comfortable in my front pocket. I also like the pocket in the back that is free of the "ANTI-RFID" nonsense so I can put my metro pass in it and it reads through the leather.*SHORT RFID RANT* Nobody anywhere needs an anti-RFID wallet! Nobody anywhere has ever had their identity stolen from a wallet in their pocket while walking around. Years ago some students did a proof of concept under very specific conditions. It has never happened for real but spawned a billion dollar industry selling dumb products***END RANT***This wallet is not a good choice if you use a lot of cash. I have my one "emergency ten dollar bill" under the strap and it's enough for the flap to stay partially open. Ekster says this improves as the wallet gets broken in. We'll see.Pay attention to how Ekster counts "embossed" and "non-embossed" cards differently. They give you a max number of un-embossed and then a 2nd number of "mixed" but no max number of embossed cards. I have 3 embossed cards and one un-embossed in the lift mechanism and it's pretty much maxed out. I can stuff one more un-embossed card in but it's so tight that all the cards lift as a solid block rather than fanning out. I'm ok with this since I was already carrying a minimalist wallet and the work of getting rid of the clutter has already been done. This wallet cost more than every other wallet I have ever owned combined. I'm expecting it to last for many years and will be very unhappy if it doesn't. I really had to hold my nose to do business with this company. Their warranty is garbage and the language makes it appear as though they are getting a large number of wallets sent back. I'm particularly worried that they put quality into everything you can see and touch but the hidden mechanism is plastic garbage. There are a LOT of YouTube videos showing wallets with busted mechanisms. If/when mine fails I will be doing a video of the autopsy and splitting that aluminum Case to get a look at the mechanism. For the price it should be made out of steel and ball bearings.**4 Month Update**Both the leather and the lift mechanism have held up well. It looks and works as good as it did on day one. I could never go back to a regular wallet. Very happy so far.
