Review: Ok so the product works like stated. The "timer" (color changing "egg") for hard boiled is pretty accurate. It takes up a LOT of room in the pot, but I wedge an egg in-between the pot and the device so I can boil 8 at a time. I have no reason to not give it 5 stars, and I kept it, but did I really need it? Nah

Review: It'll get the job done, but it's a little wide for only holding 4 eggs and the timer is not accurate. You'll still want to set a timer for soft boiled eggs. It's a cheap plastic contraption. Not the worst thing I've ever purchased on amazon, but far from the best. I give it a "meh" for ratings.
