Title: I am the Sushi Queen now!
Review: I bought a sushi for beginners book and sushi rice and nori seaweed from Amazon to go with this. What fun I have had! Everyone loves sushi (actually maki rolls) and I make big batches of 6 rolls. My 10 year old granddaughter hates peanut butter and adores maki. Now she is learning Japanese with her father while they watch anime and eat my maki rolls together. My husband and I always eat it, and the bazooka in the kit is very fast. The sushi rice can be frozen for up to 3 weeks and then microwave defrosted when you need it. Super amazing kit!

Review: I received my set and for the price, it is nice but the one thing they didn't give any information on is the little cotton bag you get with it. That is to store the chop sticks in but I can't wait to start making sushi with it.
