Title: Recipes are for 1 person
Review: The first edition of this book is fantastic, it's recipes are for 4 people along with a perfect format easy to follow. This edition was not as easy to follow and the recipes are for 1 person. If you are looking to feed just one person than this book is for you. Not family friendly. I wish they stuck with the first format and just added new recipes.

Title: Disappointed
Review: I was very disappointed in the recipes in this book. It is my understanding that the mediterranean diet has less red meat, really less meat and much more veggies. This is full of recipes with meat. Almost every day has a meat. There are very few recipes I will even try from this book. Not a good variety of fruits and veggies either. So very disappointed.
