Title: Great Company
Review: Company reached out to me after reading my review. Helped me figure out what i was doing wrong, and when that didn't work sent me a new one at no charge. Card reader does not seem to read one of the larger capacity cards but again i think that is me doing something wrong. So impressed that they reached out to me, and worked with me so well. They truly went above and beyond to help me out. Could not be more happy with this company and product.

Title: Great addition when checking my trail cams
Review: My viewer arrived in one day, and I like that! I ordered the iPhone version, and it works perfectly. I have used it on my iPhone and iPad with the same results â it works great. With iOS, you use the âFilesâ app (built-in) to view the files. Every file on the card you are viewing will be displayed, including pictures. The pictures are displayed as viewable thumbnails along with the file name. That makes picking out those interesting pictures a lot easier.I have several trail cameras from various manufacturers and had no problem reading any cards. And yes, I can view the pics directly on the trail cams, but this is way easier and faster. You do not have to go through the trail cam menu to find the view option and review them one at a time. Just pop the mem card, plug it into the viewer, and display all your pics. Counting the time it takes to open the trail camera and remove the mem card, itâs about a 10-second process; compare that to how long it takes to go through the menu and view them one at a time on the camera. The viewer appears to be well-made, with extra protection on the stress points of the cable. I cannot attest to its durability; Iâve only had a few hours! I will edit this review if anything nasty comes up.I am delighted with my purchase, and the price was right too! If you are looking for an SD card reader, you just found it!

Title: I LOVE this card reader!
Review: I really love this card reader and 10/10 5 stars recommend it. But I am posting only 4 star review because I found the documentation really lacking.* the seller is 100% top shelf. I was struggling to get my reader to work and they quickly offered to replace it. Can't fault them at all!* The reader is small, light, and perfect for quickly checking your card to see if you got a particular sighting or the positioning is ideal.* saving pics to your phone is easy (and very useful)So I love this card readerHowever... (I'm on an iPhone for your Android mileage may be different) => my card reader does not work reliably if my phone battery is below 25% and below 20% it's not going to work at all. I'm going to bet this is true for all phones and not just mine. Makes sense to me. But the documentation could have saved me LOTS of time and frustration if this was mentioned as even a possibility or recommendation.=> Because of this flakiness it took me forever to find the actual card image in my Files app because sometimes it was there and sometimes it wasn't. Another comment mentioned searching for "Folders" which was super helpful for me *finally* finding the card image (before it disappeared again) and then reliably troubleshooting what the real problem was.=> I wish there was a quick delete function so I could clear the card after checking it. I realize that is more complicated and possibly not possible with the current technology (at least at this size and price point) but as long as I'm listing negative things I thought I'd mention it. But it wasn't a promised feature and if I hadn't had the battery issues I would have definitely given the card reader 5 stars despite this wished for feature. Some backstory (if you've read this far). Usually my trail cam is pretty far from my house and I pass it while out doing other things so I don't have the second card with me. So the cam mostly gets ignored for many months when it would be much more useful if I checked the card on the regular. This card reader can be left in a waterproof box near the camera and always making checking the card quick and easy. My trail cam has magically become much more useful!!!Right now the Cam is up by the house checking on non-bird access to the "filled for the season" bird feeders. Swapping out cards is easy with the cam closer to the house (although the cards then seem to end up on the desk for a day or two) but the little card reader is still great for a quick scan of pics to see if I have to up my anti-squirrel game. With 4 bird feeding stations around the house the card reader is getting quite a work out right now.TL;DR: LOVE the card reader! And the Seller! But I think the documentation needs some work or some buyers will be returning it rather than fussing with it....

Title: Corrupted my SD card
Review: Perhaps I had unfortunate luck with this product. I plugged this SD card viewer into my iphone 13 and then inserted my 32GB trail cam SD card. I went into the files folder for iphone and found that it picked up the card, but when I selected it, it showed "USB$ 0 bytes". To me, that seemed like it wasn't picking up any media. I have over a hundred trail cam photos and at least 50 videos. I found it odd, so I took the card out and plugged it into my laptop and all my media was gone, and the SD card was somehow reformatted after plugging it in to this viewer. Again, not sure what happened, but I had unfortunate luck with this, so maybe it was a fluke product that I ended up with. Hoping it doesn't happen to anyone else who has a lot of media. Best to back up their SD card before trying this product.

Title: Function
Review: This card reader is great! I was a little worried because it was âcheapâ but the quality isnât. Great for quickly checking trail cameras with out having to take along a lap top or bring the cards home to check. The app was easy to down load on my iPhone and use. Took me less than 5 minutes to get set up and start checking cards. Highly recommend.

Title: Haven't been able to try
Review: I really can't say because I have never been able to get the TWO cameras to work!!! I have NEVER been so frustrated!! One is even "stuck" on German and I took ONE year of German over 50 years ago! So I can add this item in the "wasted my money again" column.
