Title: Very good. No subscription. no hassle.
Review: This is a good doorbell. On device sd card saves videos so no subscription required. You can also start and stop recording in the app if you need the video in your phone. Sd card videos can also be viewed from the app. I like the human detection feature and how saved videos are organized as per motion detected or human detected. Picture quality is great. If you face any issues, just contact customer service in app. Great Customer service.

Title: Fantastic video door bell! Chime not so much!
Review: I setup this video door bell and have setup many, so not my first. Upon setup everything went easy and without issue. Until I got to the chime part. The chime would not sync, for whatever reason, even had WUUK tech support stumped! So i gave them a few days to get back with what to do, they havent yet! So I am returning the unit as the defective chime is needed! Also important note: I put a 512gb SSD card in it and it formatted just fine, I had over the 256GB limit to use for this video doorbell! The doorbell is great and app was easy to understand. Even comes with a 15 degree backer!

Title: works great
Review: I finally found a video doorbell that works like it should. I had the Blink doorbell but it started needing batteries changed every 2 or 3 weeks. The blink doorbell was wired to my existing chime and I thought it would use power from that but it still needs batteries. I wanted a doorbell that was wired and using power from my existing doorbell transformer and the Wuuk wired doorbell was just what I needed. Now I don't ever have to worry about changing batteries. It comes with the chime and you can change the sound of the chime to many different sounds. As far as the video quality it is excellent. It has 2K resolution which is much better than the 1080p resolution on most video doorbells. There are to many features to mention in this review but I highly recommend it. There is also a wireless model which I can't comment on because I have the wired model. It does take an SD card so you don't have to subscribe to the cloud service but I think I will subscribe to the cloud service after the 30 day trial period is over. It's only $2.99 a month but I personally think it's worth it. Hope this review helps.

Title: Obsolete-Don't buy now
Review: This is 2024 and this device does not work with 5G internet - ABSURD! Fortunately, I had a WiFi extender that I could set to 2.4G and did get it to work then. Installation and setup were relatively easy and it works fine most of the time with nice features. If they update to 5G, then I could recommend.

Title: Needed Help
Review: I purchased the wuuk doorbell and the installation was wasn't a problem. However, I had trouble connecting to my wifi. Went through the troubleshooting process over and over, nothing. I called customer service and left a voice message. I received a call the next day and it was late in the evening after 7:30 pm. I was eating dinner. Not a good time. After 6 pm is way too late. Called again, and wuuk called me two days later after 7 pm again. The service person said she would email me a troubleshooting guide and call me in the afternoon to really go over everything.It is now almost a week later and I have not heard from wuuk doorbell company yet.So the product has boxed and returned back to them.That was terrible customer service.

Review: This doorbell has many functions, you will be surprised and it really works with Alexa. I love the facial recognition, it has pet detection and lots of settings, and you can also personalize messages. alarm etc. Above all, they have the best customer service, they respond quickly and help you with your problem, without any ifs or buts, the communication is excellent. This product is highly recommended.

Review: I’m replacing a ring doorbell with this unit. The ring subscription increased each year the last few years. So For the cost of rings 1 year, 1 device subscription I am able to purchase this doorbell and get a 1 year subscription. (Prime day sale)It connected to my WiFi with no problems.
