Title: Fantastic art marker set
Review: I love this market set! You get 72 colors of numbered, dual-tipped water based markers; one end is a fine point marker, and the other is a brush. Included with the set is a do-it yourself color chart with blank white rectangles to color in with each marker. I colored the first half of each rectangle with the fine point tip, and the other half with the brush. I am really impressed with how well the brush lays down an even coat of ink that almost looks as good as printed color. Seeing them side by side also helps to see the variation in how much ink each end puts down, and therefore how dark the result will be. I did have just one marker (005) out of the whole set that was dry and not working on the fine point end, although the brush end worked fine. Since these are water-based markers, that was easy to fix by putting the pen in an inch of warm water, fine tip down, for just a couple of minutes. It now works as well as the others! Also included with the set is a small coloring book. The pages of this book tear out easily and are made of a smooth (semi-gloss?) paper. I colored part of one after making the color chart, and I noticed that the brush colors look just a little bit lighter on the semi-gloss. No ink shows through on the back of the colored page. The whole set comes in a very nice zippered carrying case with a sewn-in handle that is large enough to fit around my wrist. Each pen is held snugly in place by an elastic loop. The only thing that could make this set better would be if the elastic loops were numbered to make returning the pens to the correct spot quick and easy. But I can live without that.I am looking forward to many hours of creating with this set! At well under 50¢ per marker, it is very reasonably priced, and would make an excellent gift.

Title: Superb quality markers and durable carrying case!
Review: I've got a slight addiction to writing instruments and paper product, so believe me when I say I am a self proclaimed marker snob! These are at the top of the mid-range marker class, before getting into the expensive artist sets used professionally! The case for these is my favorite thing since sliced bread, it is really durable, and will easily last the life of the markers. These are perfect for hobby coloring, school projects, or as a sweet gift for anyone who needs some color in their life! The fine tipped end is extremely fine, so works well for small detailed areas while the brush tipped end is like a much more controllable water color paintbrush with a more structured bristle tip. It covers a lot of area quickly, so you aren't wasting ink trying to fill in missed spots. Fantastic value for the bang this delivers!

Title: As expected from Kalour
Review: KALOUR 72 Art Markers Pens Set, Dual Tip Brush and Fine Point, Color Number and Name, Zipper Case, Adult Coloring, Lettering, Drawing - I'm a professional artist, but nothing irks me more than using up my expensive media when I'm sketching or playing around for ideas. At the same time, bargain basement supplies are not fun to use. I have bought other Kalour media before and been pretty happy with the quality you get for the price. It's good quality without breaking the bank - just what you want from casual art supplies. This set comes in a nice canvas folder. You can get to all the colors easily and see what's there. The sides of the markers are labelled with the series number. It has a color chart tucked into the cardboard band so make sure you get it. I almost missed it because it stayed flush against the cardboard, but luckily, I saw it. The color chart is a thinner card stock and does a nice job of being able to see all the colors on paper. Some of the colors end up being almost the same on paper, so feels a little like there's not quite a full 72 colors. But sometimes it's nice to have colors that are pretty similar in case one runs out. There's a small coloring book inside. The pages are a little slick. Honestly, not a huge fan of the paper quality or the prints in the coloring book. Many of them cut off on the sides, so seems like they were copied from elsewhere and tried to fit most of the print on the page size, and many were just slightly too big for that. Not a dealbreaker for me really - I bought these for the quality of the markers not the coloring book. One marker in my set had a broken lid straight off. I was worried, because it doesn't click into place at all. I thought that marker might be dried out, because I had no idea if the lid stayed in place until it got to me. Turns out, the marker works just fine. I taped the lid on so it won't pop off anymore. It's on the super fine side, so I'm less likely to use that side anyway. Overall, this isn't the end all be all of watercolor markers, but it is definitely in the quality range I expect from Kalour. In simpler terms, I am not disappointed at all and would definitely buy these again when I run these out.

Title: Amazing marker set, lots of colors, great case
Review: I would give this set six stars if I could.Seventy-two colors give so many options for highlighting and shading, and the case is great as well. The markers have both fine and brush tips, so they're good for both detail work and coloring large areas. The set contains a card with all of the colors, and also has a card labeled with the color numbers with circles for you to swatch the colors yourself. This is a really thoughtful touch - the preprinted color card is great, but sometimes printer colors aren't a perfect match for the actual ink color. Having the swatch card lets you see exactly what you're getting with each marker, and is also a great way to get used to their feel and flow. The ink flows very smoothly, no stuttering or spurts. No one is prying mine away from me, but it would also make a great gift.
