Title: Big plus for those who suffer from bunions
Review: REACTION: As another reviewer noted, these have worked wonders with my bunion. Many of my flat shoes cause my foot to sit in a way that pushes my bunions up. If the flat shoes don't have a high enough vamp, it means the front cut of the shoe goes on top and sometimes into the bunion, even if the shoes themselves are the right size. Many times I've either had to go up a half size for these issues, or fore go the shoe altogether since going up a half size sometimes makes them too big. Well, I stumbled upon this looking for arch support (greatly helps align the foot for those with bunions) and gave these a try upon reading the great review of another poster with bunions. They did for me exactly what they did for her. They lifted my heels, supported my arch and realigned my foot so that my bunions are not hitting the top of the shoe. I swear they make them look smaller since they nestle more deeply into the shoe! Love love love these. They've so far saved a pair of adorable ballet flats from being relegated to the trash.INSOLE PROFILE: They look bulky, but fit into all of my dress shoes with heel closures including the lowest cut pair of ballet flats I own (and they are low - these are the shoes they saved!) I found the adhesive they sent inadequate in terms of number - they sent only one per insole. However as someone who has a lot of insole/inserts, I have my own adhesive dots and added two more each under the shoe for stability. They don't really slip, but they cup my heel so well, sometimes I feel them come up with them. Adhesive keeps them down.I'd also say this insole is more 1/2 size, not 3/4 because most 3/4 insoles actually reach my littlest toes (size 7)! This one is perfect. Sits right behind the ball of my foot and the ridge where it ends does not bother me when I walk (like so many others).ARCH SUPPORT: As for the arch - the arch itself is supportive and flexible, but not high. As it says, it is for the flat-footed. I am not flat-footed, but as the daughter of a father with flat feet and a mother with normal arches, my arch is somewhat low. I prefer this level of arch support since high arches on insoles can bother me. So if you're looking for support for high arches, look elsewhere.METATARSAL ARCH SUPPORT: This insole has none. I'm actually deliriously happy about that. Most insoles with built in metatarsal support just do not hit my forefoot right. The padding is just too forward in relation to the arch and it ends up closer to my toes instead of behind the toe bones, as it should be. I've had to return a lot of insoles for this reason.Ok, now I'm off to order more...

Title: Worked well
Review: These did exactly what I needed them to do for me at work by giving better support for my flat feet and taking pressure off my knees walking on cement floors all day.

Title: I can wear my Western Cowboy Boots in COMFORT now!!!
Review: Liked these enough after wearing in my western cowboy boots for a week that I just ordered another 2 pairs. Here's the "back story"...After wearing my beloved Ariat hiking booties nearly every day for about 3 years in total comfort, then moving back to the Southwest with mesquite thorns everywhere and coming into rattlesnake season where low ankle-high booties or sneakers are not a wise choice -- my husband talked me into switching to wearing western cowboy/girl boots -- much more appropriate for the environment in which we live. HOWEVER.... the switch led to major FOOT PAIN. I have a normal to high arch, and some new low heeled "roper" style western cowboy boots with little to no cushioning or arch support. Walking became totally painful. And the pain didn't stop at the end of the day after the boots came off (having fibromyalgia might also have something to do with that). So the journey to turn my western cowboy boots into something comfortable began...First attempt at pain relief was the local store. Picked up a pair of Rexall 3/4 length inserts with arch support and gel heel cushioning. Unfortunately, I couldn't stand the pain from its HARD PLASTIC ARCH SUPPORT for more than a couple hours (plus, they kept slipping forward. Not good). Next up was a pair of "Pedag Step" leather arch supports, they're like a rounded leather wedge. Tried them for a couple days hoping my foot would soften and mold them. Nope. Those felt like a hard little wedge digging into my arch, but no support and the opposite of comfort!! NEXT....I tried every comfortable removable insole I had around the house -- from my Ariats to my Privo sneakers -- unfortunately they were all too BULKY to fit into somewhat narrow western boots that don't have a lot of instep/vamp or toe space to spare. If ya can't wiggle your toes freely, forget about it!!! And those all being full-length insoles, I sure couldn't wiggle my toes (DARN IT, because those Privo insoles with the little rubber massaging nubbies always felt kinda good ;-). Anyhow, the search continued, on Amazon, searching and reading reviews for several days (you know when you've got foot pain the search to relieve it is just like a search for they Holy Grail! Right?)... Finally settled on these very reasonably priced ProFoot Flat Fix 3/4 inserts. And so glad I did!!!Now my Tony Lama and my Justin western roper boots are **almost** as comfortable as my comfy old Ariat hiking booties. Yes, I am walking in comfort again. The size and cushioning is just right for my size 7-1/2 foot. Good heel cushioning, and just the right amount of cushioned arch support too (probably not enough for someone with really high arches though). Plus, the little "tab" thing that sticks up behind the heel area also seems to keep these inserts in place without using the little round sticky things that ProFoot includes in the package. That's important if you want to switch them around to different shoes or boots. Now, about that....The one thing I noticed after a week of switching them from boot to boot, is the fabric started to fray a little around the edges.I'm pretty sure that comes from switching them around so much. And so I ordered a couple more pairs. One pair for each boot I own. These inserts seem well made over-all. A week of wearing this pair steady hasn't diminished the cushioning (I've had other cushioned insoles in the past that flattened out after just a day or two and became worthless!). Time will tell how long these will hold up, but I expect at least several months, if not longer. An ending note to fellow boot wearers: These inserts look a lot bulkier than they really are. They fit easily into narrow and narrow-vamped boots, any initial extra tightness in fit quickly dissipates as they mold to your feet and the boot vamp area stretches a little too.I wish Amazon's star rating allowed for 1/2 stars -- I'd give these 4-1/2 instead of only 4. (I was really on the fence between rating them 4 or 5, settled on 4 because of the slightly fraying fabric around the edges). You don't need to be flat-footed to benefit from these. As I said, I have an average to semi-high arch and just needed some extra support and cushioned comfort when wearing low-heeled boots -- and these are working out wonderfully for that.I rarely write reviews. But without all the helpful reviews others have written, I might never have found or tried these, so I'm just "paying it forward" to say thanks to previous reviewers and hopefully help anyone else looking for foot pain relief.**** 5/12/2015 UPDATE ****While these are still feeling great in all my low-heeled roper type boots, I tried them in a pair of slightly higher-heeled (riding heel) Silver Rebel boots and found them not great for that particular boot. Seems like that boot's higher heel and different boot shape combined with these inserts was angling or pushing my foot more forward -- so that my toes felt a bit squooshed and restricted even with more than ample toe space for a pointed toe boot.I tried a pair of the ProFoot "Super Sport Arch Support" 3/4 insoles in that Silver Rebel boot, and while those felt great without pushing foot forward, they are unfortunately a little too bulky, and so were ultimately too tight in the vamp area -- therefore I've ordered a pair of ProFoot "Smart Arch" inserts for that particular boot hoping they will be perfect.I guess when there are so many variables, it would be unreasonable for any one insole style to suit all various types and styles of footwear, no matter how relatively similar in style they may be. Even small variances can make a huge difference.Still loving these in my low-heeled Justin & Tony Lama roper type boots though!

Title: Great for Flat Feet
Review: Really impressed on how well these work for my flat feet. I have droopy ankles also and these give good support. Same as the $300 orthotic pair I bought from my foot doctor just much cheaper. You canât beat the price and they even give you flat feet exercises. My foot doctor didnât even do this. If you have flat feet, get arches specifically for this.

Title: Fantastic
Review: Iâm shocked at how well these work for my feet !!! I have flat feet, always have, was an athlete all my life. I still play sports and stay very active. Iâve been having calf and hip pain related to my middle 40s and amount of activity. These inserts are amazingly helpful! They take the edge off the pain and lift my heel just a bit so I can propel forward just a little easier. Takes stress off my calves. For the price theyâre incredible.

Title: Makes your feet HURT BAAAAAAAADâ¦
Review: This was a toss up for me when I read the reviews so I gave it a shot. BIG MISTAKE. I canât believe how bad my feet hurt wearing these. And it wasnât just my feet , the pain radiated up my legs. It almost feels like these insoles tilt your foot in a way that is like your walking down hill all day. I would not recommend these AT ALL.

Title: These are a must for me
Review: I'm a nurse, used to work in hospitals..the long 12 hours shifts. They were taking a toll on my legs and feet. Achy feet, heels started hurting, then knee pain. I tried other insoles, none of them worked. I figured I'd give these a try. No more pain in my feet or knees. I have multiple pairs for all my most used shoes. And I'm about to purchase more. Definitely a plus that they are so inexpensive!

Review: I have flat feet so these are perfect! These are very comfortable and soft, perfect for going out, excersizing, etc. I am a women and they fit perfectly. They do not hurt my feet even after hours of wearing and they seem to be correcting my foot posture by distributing the weight more towards the outside of the foot without you even noticing. These gave more a minor adjustment than some other insoles out there that are a bit more extreme and hurt after long periods of time. These ones on the other hand felt more supportive and comfortable even for long working days on your feet. They feel cushy and soft too, great shape.A friend of mine tried these and she did not like them, they said they hurt her feet and she is still looking for insoles that are a good fit for her (she also has flat feet) so I guess it depends from person to person if they are a good fir or not.Overall, I would reccommend them since I found these to be better than some others I have tried and after months of wearing them, I really like them.

However, some customers have mixed opinions on the fit, arch support, build quality, insole quality, and slipperiness.
