Title: Good for small ears and quality calls
Review: VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERI have bought about 8 different headphones in search of what I ended up finding here! I have small ears, so no matter what little silicone pieces I switch out, the buds always fall out of my ears with other products. These stay in well, and if they do come out, they don't get lost since they are attached!!!The other issue with other brands, even with my very expensive earbuds, was crappy call quality. These have great call audio and microphone qualities.Hardly notice the part that rests on the neck and I just rotate it when I'm wearing it laying down.Battery life is also good and they charge pretty quickly.

Title: Entertaining
Review: I received this item on the date and time promised. It came in well packager,so that it was not damaged (no dins, dents, or broken pieces). I had lost myother LG neckband earbuds and I choose these for their sturdy construction,ease of use and pairing. I have not been disappointed. It does last a long timeon a single charge. Audio range is excellent and so far proven to be comfortableand sturdy. I would purchase from this Seller again.

Title: Sound quality is unimpressive and the over all functionality is good.
Review: For the past five years, I have been purchasing refurbished discontinued LG Tone Pro HBS-780s on Ebay. The bargain refurbished units from highly rated vendors are starting to become none existent on there. I can not justify paying $70 to $100 dollars for unopened discontinued HBS-780s. So I purchased the HBS-SL5 for the first time. I have avoided the retractable earbud variants for as long as I have used neckband earbuds.The HBS-SL5 sound quality is not much better than the HBS-780. The bass is slightly more discernible on the newer unit. I plan to use these for listening to podcasts while at work. I would rather listen to music using JBL earbuds over these. The vibration alert feature is weaker on the newer unit compared to the older unit. The earbud tips do not fit as snug in my ear canal as I would like. So I keep earbud tips from another brand on hand. The retractable feature is good but could be slightly better.After using these neckband earbuds for eight hours at work, the unit still had enough battery charge to last another hour or possibly two. The HBS-SL5 did not have any disconnection issues throughout the day compared to the HBS-780s. Those seem to disconnect often. Maybe it is because those were purchased as refurbished goods.Over all, I still like these over earbuds. I prefer to control music, volume, pause, play, skip forward, skip back, and the phone feature with physical buttons over the taping nonsense used to control earbud features. The sound quality could be vastly improved. The overall functionality is good.

Review: I had the rose pink ones and they were great! pink is not my color but i felt like they blended in and I wore them all the time. Ive never had a pricy pair of earphones so I was impressed with the sound quality and the bluetooth was an awesome bonus. When they finaly died, well one speaker stopped working and wouldnt retract all the way but I dont even remember how long ago i got them gifted!!, I looked for a replacement but heard awfull reviews of the brand trying to fix what was not broken, I got a cheap pair to hold me over and oh boy I didnt realize how technology spoiled I was lol. Wireless connection was awful and audio was muffled. Long story short my husband got these for me again and I am so happy since he is the one that has gotten me used to this certain type of audio lifestyle lol JK it was an awesome anniversary present. two thumbs

Review: I had not had good luck with my search for a wireless mic that would work for my admittedly unusual requirements. I'm a musician, songwriter, and sci-fi/fantasy writer, and my preferred writing process involves going for long walks and audio recording as I walk. I started years ago. For a microphone I had used earbuds but always dreamed of a wireless solution. This LG Tone Style headset is incredible for its built-in recharging, recording tone clarity, simplicity, noise canceling, and virtual invisibility. I forget I have it on my neck, it's so light and well designed. The only trouble I had was getting used to pairing it with so many different Bluetooth devices, and the fact that the main control button doesn't quite work with my combination of devices as the instructions say, requiring 4-second presses only rather than 2-second presses for some things and 4-second presses for others. The results are worth the extra experimenting it took to work out my procedures. The particular success the LG Tone Style provides may be unique to my needs, but it suggests a particular advantage of the headset. I had recently started trying out a speech-to-text app called "ADA Dictation", which does not depend on connection to the Internet to work, the transcription all being handled by the app's software on my iPad, what might be considered more of an AI-based approach. I have always used wired Sony earbuds to record while I walked and talked, and tried several different apps over the last few years. And although the ear buds' recorded sound quality for my voice is really great, the dictation results have always sucked, so I had given up on dictation apps altogether. The newest attempt using ADA Dictation was no better. But when I received the LG Tone Style headset and went out for a walk the accuracy of the resulting transcription was incredible! I think the LG's tone profile combined with the noise cancellation is the reason for the successful results I'm getting. It's been amazing! And much appreciated!
