Title: Exactly what I needed!
Review: I've been keeping my diet as close in adherence to pescatarian keto as possible since finding out I have Hashimoto's disease, and this has been a huge. It's delicious and easy to prepare in a kind of "sea soup" that I like to have, once daily, with shredded seaweed. It only takes mere minutes to crush the tablet and shred the dried seaweed while the water is heating. Pour it all into a bowl and BOOM! A perfect savory bowl of soup!

Review: So far, I've been making broth by boiling anchovies, shrimp, kelp, radish, etc. in water. However, now with just one tablet, I can instantly make 300g of broth. It cuts cooking time by at least 20-30 minutes. It can be used in all dishes with broth, such as various stews and steamed eggs.One drawback is that it's too hard and takes time to dissolve in water. However, you can easily solve this by crushing it into small pieces with a knife before putting it in water. Then it dissolves quickly.

Title: Delicious, delicate flavored broth
Review: Easy to use and very delicious. Has a delicate mushroom flavor. Tastes simple, but complex. It takes a little bit of time to dissolve in boiling water, but that is ok for me.
