Title: If you are seeking advice on how to lead, this is the book you need.
Review: This is a great book to use as a desk reference. It is an easy read but as the authors point out why not read and re-read this book. The book is packed with useful information that can be deployed in a business immediately. I will be using the book over and over again. If you are seeking advice on how to lead, this is the book you need. The authors have numerous quotes and examples from highly respected leaders from all types of business. It has been hard to stop reading this book. My advice is to purchase the book, but especially for newer leaders in organizations. Newer leaders will be able to explore what other leaders in business advice is on a topic without leaving their desks.
