Title: Works well and meets all expectations
Review: I picked up this unit to replace an ancient HP all in one desktop. I wanted something that would be fast, a lot of RAM and run my Lightroom software flawlessly. After a small delivery problem, I got the cpu, set it up, connected it to a 43" Hisense UHD TV and after setting up windows and the software - it's all good to go. Works very well and I bought the extended warranty just to be sure that it'll run for awhile.The included keyboard is very basic but serves all my needs and I'm pleased with the purchase of this refurbished Dell, hi-speed, high RAM, large hard drive and easy set up. Well worth the $200 price tag!

Title: Ubuntu Users Beware
Review: Its a nice computer, I like the form factor, built in wifi and bluetooth, and three monitor ports. The big problem is that after hours of struggle I finally found out that the Dell UEFI simply cannot read a Linux boot partition. Yes, I made sure that I was on the latest UEFI/BIOS version and it was only after hours of effort that I learned this from some deep corner of the internet. I guess that might mean not too many are trying this but it is still super annoying and there is zero reason for Dell to do this so I had to knock off a star.

Title: Nice computer if it worked.
Review: I purchased this computer recently and had to exchange it for another one because a large white box kept loading and covering half the screen. When I got the second computer, it had the same problem. I didn't install any software and even tried installing Windows multiple times and the problem remains. I called Dell support and they informed me that the computer was registered to our Federal Government and that I had to fill out paperwork to have the government sign off on it and say that they had sold the computer as it was a security issue. This could take possibly 2 weeks. I called Amazon back and they wouldn't allow me to exchange the computer for another one for a second time and would only issue me a refund which she said could take 2-3 weeks to appear on my card. This process has been very frustrating not only dealing with the computer issues and exchanges, but I could hardly hear Amazon's customer support person, as she sounded very muffled, there was a lot of other people talking in the background, and she had a heavy accent. It's a shame, as I purchased this same computer several months ago and I love it. That's why I wanted to purchase another one. What a shame.

Title: Good PC but description is incorrect
Review: Overall, this is a good PC and a good deal, but if you are buying it expecting a NVME HD as it says in the description, then you will be disappointed like me. Mine came with a 3.5 inch 2TB hard drive and a 2.5 inch 1TB SSD. There was no NVME drive but thankfully it does have that port on the motherboard. It did have 32GB of RAM and the processor was as described.

Title: Arrived on time and as advertised
Review: This item arrived and the specs advertised match what I received d. It arrived in a timely fashion and was very easy to set up. I would buy from this seller again.The only minor downside was that I needed to get an adapter for one of my 2 monitors. Most people wouldn't even notice this quirk and therefore it doesn't negatively impact my review of the item.

Review: I bought this after reading the reviews as I needed a new home computer. I'm not a fan of laptops which has limited opportunities to upgrade so I went with this desktop and to date I am very pleased with it. It is very quick and responds instantly to the internet or other software. I haven't loaded all of my software on it yet but I am impressed so far. Loving it. The only issue I had is the delivery. UPS delivered it to the wrong address and I'm pleased to say my neighbor dropped it off at my residence. I called UPS but they wanted me to send feedback to the seller. Not good UPS.
