Title: Great scooter for older kid!!
Review: We bought this scooter for my seven year old when he outgrew his previous scooter. We chose this one because of the size and because it folds. We were taking a family vacation and wanted to bring a scooter with us. The fact that it folds was super helpful for our vacation. We’ve had the scooter for two months now and it has held up really well. My child loves riding it and it seems very high quality. He is approximately 51 inches tall and we have the handlebar height adjusted to the middle section so it should be able to last for him for quite a while longer. He loves how it lights up on the handlebar and on the running board, the handlebars have nice thick rubber grips, and the wheels are nice and big. The only downside is that it is really hard to fold which can be frustrating. It doesn’t really bother us now because we don’t fold it often anymore now that we are home from vacation. But that was a little bit difficult dealing with when we were folding it often. However I still think the scooter is well worth the buy and is great quality for the money.

Title: Brake Broke Too Soon
Review: This scooter is cute, was a pain to assemble, but seemed to ride well. Unfortunately, the brake pad broke within the first two rides. She was riding on paved surfaces in a park, not off-roading or doing stunts. Just riding like a normal kid. We noticed the hole as soon as she got off.I'd say save your money and buy the bigger Jetson scooter that we also have which has had zero problems.

Title: Not even a month old and already falling apart.
Review: I bought this for my son around the beginning of June 2024. Today is July 8th and it's already falling apart. The front wheel is crooked. We've tried tightening it, but it won't hold. This product is not worth the money.

Title: Tough toy
Review: It has tolerated a 4 yr old and 9yr old and the lights still work. Been used in the rain with no problems. It's a little tough to fold up, pin seems to stick a bit. Only downside is wheels roll slow bearings are a bit sticky.

Title: brake broke
Review: I read a lot of reviews and it really helped me make the decision to purchase this product.The micro kick board needed replacing and so I sought out this product as an alternative.It had a friendlier price point and a higher weight limit, so I decided to give the Jetson a try.The wheels light up white when it is in motion.The color LED on the kick board and on the main vertical frame were really great though I am unclear how moisture proof the entire set up is.The battery panel is on the underside of the kick board, and I would think that it would not be suitable to run through the mud or on anything other than a dry day.Surface of the board felt like a slippery plastic ; unless I had extremely grippy shoes. I would be very nervous to use this where there is moisture.As I had the two wheel set up, it is much easier to lose balance, and if you lean too much on a surface like tile, you will pretty much topple over due to loss of traction.The plastic on the brake panel over the rear wheel, was brittle and snapped within the first few minutes of useCustomer Service was a chat bot that connects to iMessage or via a web browser, but it was near impossible to get a hold of a live associate within a timely manner during their business hours and so I just gave up and returned it since it would likely be very difficult to repair, given the nature of the damage Even if they would’ve tried to service me under warranty .The black finish also came off the aluminum very easily, and the folding mechanism, and the plastic tab that you need to pull also seemed suspect, and perhaps may not be durable over the long run and so hopefully this review is helpful to anybody else considering this product
