Title: I love this drill!
Review: So my friend has an older brushed Dewalt drill and I have always admired it during projects. certainly better than my old 18v Black & Decker. When I saw this listing I put it on my wish list and finally bought it.I got a chance to use it this weekend when my friend and I worked on his basement drilling studs, running wire and drywalling. I was able to compare my new one to his old one. This new Dewalt Drill is shorter in length (little more compact). However his was slightly thinner but not by much and they were the same height. Weight wise they are about the same and its slightly heavier than my old Black And Decker.It worked flawlessly and even my friend used it and said he liked it better than his. It has plenty of power and handled everything we through at it. My friend was especially jealous that the battery had an indicator on it. After all the use this weekend, my battery still has 2 out of 3 bars on it! Awesome!This is a great little kit and a wonderful drill!

Review: The drill works excellent. The most important thing is that it comes with a charger so it makes working so much better. My biggest gripe against the dewalt was is it’s a little on the heavy side compared to other brands like Milwaukee or Makita, but it’s power was great.

Review: I am a big fan of Dewalt tools so I knew it would be a quality tool but it still exceeded my expectations! I bought the brushless model and it is extremely well built. I just received it today so I haven't used it much yet but am looking forward to it. It is so much nicer that the one I am replacing it with.

Title: Great so far
Review: I've been using this drill every day since I got it almost 2 weeks ago, to drive 2 1/2" and 3 1/2" construction screws to frame out some walls.The batteries have been lasting a good long time considering the use they're getting.Charging is quick enough that I haven't had to stop and wait for a battery to finish charging.The drill seems to have all the power and torque I need, although I haven't tried using it for any heavy duty drilling yet. I'm hoping it'll be able to handle drilling holes with a paddle bit through a couple of 2x4s so I can run wiring without having to use an extension cord in a crawlspace anymore.That's been the one shortcoming of the Ridgid drill I've been using the past couple of years, and the biggest reason I've come back to Dewalt.I did drop this drill from a stepladder,onto a concrete floor today, and it landed hard enough to send the screwdriver bit flying out of the bit holder. But when I picked it up and put the bit back in, it worked fine and hadn't shown any damage.As far as ergonomics, most of the cordless drills I've used over the past 10 years or so have been pretty comfortable to work with. This one is no exception.The keyless chuck has been flawless so far. But I haven't used it with any small drill bits yet.I also really like the built in LED worklights. They work very well, and are located where they actually shed light on the project without being completely blocked out by your hands as you try to work, which is what always seems to happen with my old Makita.I don't care for the charger, which feels cheap and is a PITA to get the batteries in and out of compared to every other one I've ever used. And I've been using cordless drills a lot since the late 80s.The other thing I'm not crazy about is the carrying bag that comes with the kit.It seems to be sturdy enough. But I have to take the battery out of the handle to fit the drill into it. And it's still like a puzzle to get my drill bits and the drill, charger and batteries in and get the zipper to close.I'm happy that Dewalt does still include the bag with this drill kit, since some others don't give you anything at all. But this bag would not have been my first choice for this drill kit.First of all because it's hard to get everything to fit into it at all, and also because you have to take everything out of it to find anything because you can't see into it very well. Everything gets put together like a puzzle to get it in, which means it's just as much of a pain to get it out.It's also an awkward shape that doesn't allow it to fit neatly into my truck with my other drills.I much prefer the flat rectangular drill bags that allow me to arrange everything easily inside the bag and then fit into a smaller space standing on edge.In all, I'm very happy with the tool itself. And as long as the charger doesn't crap out on me, I can live with the other minor inconveniences because the drill is a pleasure to work with.

Review: Está increíble.La caja exterior del envío llegó maltratada, la del producto intacta.Es mi primer herramienta DeWalt; aunque siempre me llamaron la atención, jamás me había aventado a comprar una y, ahora que llegó esta maravilla, se convirtió en mi marca favorita.Realmente tiene mucha potencia; en la mano, se siente muy robusto y resistente. Una vez que está en funcionamiento, es cómodo y poderoso.Por supuesto, lo registré de inmediato. En la página de DeWalt, ese modelo en particular, el DCD777D1, no aparece como una opción. El taladro tiene su número de serie al igual que la batería, sin embargo la caja del Kit tiene adhesivos con el número de serie del juego completo de taladro, batería, cargador y bolsa así como otro adhesivo con la fecha de fabricación que también solicitan al momento del registro.En fin, me encantó! :))
