Title: Comfortable and supportive pillow
Review: This Cervical Neck Pillow has made a huge difference in my sleep. Title: Comfy and supportive!
Review: It has helped me with chronic neck pain. It is a great size for a single person pillow. Pillow case is easy to take off and clean. Great neck support. Took a little while for my body to get used to, I would wake up in the middle of the night, fully off the pillow. The shape takes a little getting used to. Definitely worth the price. Be cautious if you sleep with a metal watch or jewelery, my fitbit strap ripped some string out of the pillow case it comes with.

Title: Comfty and supportive
Review: This pillow is definitely worth the money we paid. The first night I used it, I could tell it was already supporting my neck in places it hadn’t been before. It’s not too firm or too soft. The shape doesn’t allow for the pillow case to fit properly but I’d take the ease of use over cosmetic. It has definitely reduced the pain in my neck and I feel much more comfortable when trying to relax and fall asleep.

Title: Great support for back sleepers and side sleepers with a wonderful cooling effect pillow case
Review: This pillow provides great support when I sleep on my back.I don’t wake up with a stiff neck anymore. I am also a side sleeper and it provides great comfort for that position too. It has a place for your arms on each side when in that position.I love the cooling pillow case. It is so comforting and refreshing to put your head down and feel the cooling it provides. . I wish they made a pillow case to accommodate these features.All-in-all, this is a great pillow for comfort and support at a great price!!

Review: I have had this pillow a few months. It has supported my neck and head perfectly. The shape does not change. It is the perfect firmness for my comfort. The neck pain I was experiencing is gone. It fit my standard pillow cases. Once out of the box, it shapes itself and is ready to use.

Title: Great for stomach and back sleepers
Review: My husband is a back and stomach sleeper and loves it. I find it comfortable on my back but on my side it’s semi comfortable. The arm area is not long enough to hold my arm. I do find my neck is in less pain but arm still goes numb so I end up flipping a couple times in the night. It would be helpful if it had an insert to make it taller or shorter. I’m waking up less pain then before so it’s good for the price.

Review: Don't waste your time or money. They do NOT stand by their return policy. You will have to pay postage to return it. So buyer beware. As soon as I received the pillow I started the return process. I thought all I would have to do is get the return label and send it back ASAP for my full refund. Well, that is NOT the case they want me to pay a postage fee to return it. I have contacted Amazon regarding this practice. The company messages me offering me $20 back and that I can keep the pillow. I DO NOT want the pillow or only $20 back. I want my full refund. As soon I opened the small box the pillow looked nothing like I thought I was buying. I spent $60 for a thin piece of foam and they want to give me back $20. I am in complete shock that it is such a complete Hassle and they DO NOT guarantee their products Regarding the pillow: There is no way it is a queen size, the side arm rests? Were only a couple of inches , it was so flat again only a couple of inches. Such a poor design and again looked nothing like the pictures. I thought I would at least allow it to expand for a couple of days which it didn't do much of. I also decided to at least give it a try after reading all the other reviews. OMG I knew after only one night, it was so flat and hard as a rock. I'm only 5'1" with a narrow neck to shoulder depth and I still didn't get any comfortable support. . I had to contact the seller to process a return and refund as they advertise is guaranteed. I am still waiting to hear back. So just be prepared you cannot return it if you are not 100% satisfied. So be prepared to throw away $60+ for another poor pillow. All I want is to get a return label and return it. Hopefully, Amazon will flag this company and demand they add a true description of their so called return policy.

Review: For the price point I expected a better quality product and I'm very surprised by all the 5 star reviews. It comes rolled up and is somewhat small and flimsy. It's kinda misshapen and the material wrinkly on the underside from being tightly rolled up. It is not a true memory foam pillow, it is too soft and doesn't spring back to shape, and doesn't offer me the neck support I need. It definately has a chemical smell to it, it's not too strong but the product specifications say there is no smell, which isn't correct. Also it came with a stain on it, like as though it had masking tape on it, that was pulled off and left a sticky residue and a stain. I absolutely loathe the ear hole in the middle of the pillow, its uncomfortable and I just dont see the point of that at all. Unfortunately I find this to be a low quality pillow made from cheap materials that should be set at a much lower price point. Very disappointed.
