Title: No support and doesn’t work as advertised
Review: Item advertised as internet capable and can play videos on the vehicle screen. Yes it can play the videos, but it will not connect to the internet. No matter what WiFi connection I try, it says the same thing. Keeps saying “Limited Connection” next to the WiFi connection point name after it connects. Will not connect to internet to do anything! Including to update itself. Also you can not get the update file from the website to manually update it as they don’t have it on the site. Emailed support a few times and never got response. No phone number to call listed.

Sérieusement, n'achetez pas ce produit et essayer pas d'avoir du support de leur part...Nouveau commentaire: Finalement, je regrette cet achat, la plupart du temps je dois le débrancher et rebrancher pour qu’il embarque. La lecture vidéo sur clé USB est un vrai calvaire. Mon délai de retour est passé, je l’aurai retourné avoir agit plus rapidement.Impossible d’avoir internet sur l’interface AI et utiliser en même temps CarPlay. Le délai pour switcher sur CarPlay est vraiment vraiment mais vraiment longgggggggg. Le manuel d’instruction est vraiment simple. Aucune réel informations d’utilisation. Le site web section Manuel est même pas à jours avec l’interface que j’ai VS le site web. Je suis très déçu des fonctions car j’y trouve nul part l’option Miroir et aucune infos à savoir si on peu télécharger cette option.

Review: Ürün iş görüyor, geldiğinde bantlı olması gereken kutunun bandı yırtıktı, içini açtığımda da çok net şekilde kullanılmış ürün gönderildiğini anladım, bu satıcıyla ilgili bir konu. Ürünün kendisine gelecek olursak, iş görüyor, biraz yavaş ama. Diğer daha düşük fiyatlı ürünlere göre video streaming konusu nedeniyle tercih etmiştim, açıkçası diğerlerinden alırdım.
