Title: super big lasgna!
Review: i bought this pan for its size. the 4" deep lasagna was impressive! the pan held enough to freeze sections for later meals. exactly what i wanted.no, it is not the thickest stainless steel. but it's thick enough. the handles are useful because, when full, this is a heavy pan!the plastic lid works well - better than having to cover it with plastic wrap or foil.it comes with a spatula and wire rack. i used the wire rack for cooling cookies and spatuala for removing cookies from the cookie sheet. they are strong enough for that. for the lasagna i used my own very sturdy spatula...is this pan as good as the stainless steel ones that sell for 3 times the price? no. is it a good buy -- useful and adequate -- for the money paid? yes.ps. cleaned up well with some steel wool action for the baked on cheese bits.amazon has the best price... lowest i could find for this.UPDATE: it's now june 2103 and I have used this pan dozens of times since I bought it a year and a half ago. lasagna, mac & cheese, and very large banana bread, pumpkin bread get baked in this. gives me enough to freeze. the pan cleans up so easily it still looks almost new. handles still firmly attached. no dents. the plastic lid is hard to get off when it's "locked on" but I deal with that...

Title: Fantastic For Lasagna
Review: I bought this roaster pan to make a deep dish lasagna for a friends birthday. I was able to fit 7 layers, and it the slices were beautiful. Pretty pan, Not too big, not too small, and VERY deep. It is for roasting large cuts of meat, but I will only keep it as a lasagna pan to keep it clean. Handles are a wonderful addition, as is the spatula which comes with it. It is just sharp enough to have cut the lasagna with clean slices, and no need for a knife. Five stars for the items. My ONE issue, was the lid included. It doesn't snap on the pan at all. Just covers the top, so no real security if you are transporting it. I tried and tried to make it fit, but no luck. It didn't cause an issue, but if that feature is of importance to you, I would warn you ahead of time. For a beautiful casserole or roasting turkey, beef roast, duck, etc... it is perfect.

Title: This pan is a great size for my recipe!
Review: I use this pan for lasagna. The 4 inch depth is is why i bought it. Its easy to clean and its a well constructed quality stainless steel pan. The plastic lid doesnt fit right to seal it like i thought it would so i use foil to cover it instead. I'm happy with this pan overall!

Title: Nice pan
Review: I wanted a deeper pan for making lasagna and this fit the bill. It is not as long as a regular cake pan I used to use for lasagna but it is just fine. I have discovered the lasagna pasta that you do not have to precook. What a time saver and they cook up just fine. If you use these precooked sheets, lengthwise it will take two sheets to fill one row. Width wise it will take 2 1/2 sheets across. So in total, you will need six sheets per layer. One box of pasta will not not give you four layers. But this pan can take more than four layers if you make extra filling.Very happy with it and you can use it for roasting a chicken too.

Title: Stainless Steel................the only way to cook....................
Review: I've had all the other cookware; the teflon, the teflon coated, the trick non- stick stuff, the easy care, slid out, wipe out pots and pans advertised to cook well, clean well, will make your recipes taste well and all the other crazy claims. But nothing.........but nothing cooks better than Stainless Steel. This is my review.I have stainless steel pots and pans and now, stainless steel Roasting pans. My church kitchen had this one and I was impressed and wanted one of my own. What a great looking pan and I am anxious to cook an oven stuffed roaster before Thanks giving. For the price, the added spatula and grate, this is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. Stainless Steel for heat distribution, cooking ease and clean up, it is the best. This is a must have for any kitchen regardless of your cookware! Thanks again Amazon!

Title: A Lasagna pan, family size
Review: My wife has been looking for a lasagna pan large enough to make her favorite (mine, actually) signature meal. This pan is perfect size. Deep enough to handle and feed a large family setting, sturdy enough to make it easy to get into the oven, and two opposing handles to make the trip out of the oven, a safe one. Added benefits include a cooling rack and spatula. And once cooled, a plastic cover. Garfield would approve.

Title: Extra Deep pan, great for Mac & Cheese but the Top does not stay on
Review: This pan is huge!! It is a very heavy duty pan. Even though it has a handle on each of the ends, it is not recommended to use those handle to remove the pan from the oven, because it's to difficult to grab them when you have pot holders/oven mits on and the pan is hot.I mainly brought this pan to bak Mac & Cheese and I always use a very generous coat of butter on the pan before I bake it in. I always soak it in warm, soapy water when we are finished using it, and then I have a sponge that has a rough side to scrub the baked on food with. The only thing I did not like about this is the plastic top that comes with it. It is a very bad design, because the top does not stay on, or snap on at all. The top barely sits on the pan, and if you pick it up, the top will slide around and fall off. They really need to re-design the top for this, but for now the best thing is to just cover the pan with foil instead.

Review: I bought this for lasagna as I like to make 4 layer but hate having it bubble over the sides. As stated the lid does not snap onto the pan like a zip lock container would but it does fit snugly. I like the grate for a roast or turkey. The lifter handle is barely longer than the palm of your hand, useless in my opinion.Good quality pan.

Review: Deep pan to prepare multiple layer of lasagna. The storage lid is not tight fitting. Because I read the reviews, I was prepared and ok with this fact as it still saves me from having to use seranwrap or tinfoil.
