Title: Small stirring spoon - not practical for any real cooking
Review: This spoon is small. For use in the kitchen, it will work if you are stirring one serving of soup or a small amount of sauce in a pan. It has a very shallow depth, so you can't use it to serve and soups, chili, or sauces. I ordered it as a gift for my spouse who his well-known for his chili. I don't think he'll use it for cooking his chili. It would be cute to include as part of a gift basket for a chili contest. But, for a serious cook, buy something else.

Review: Many, many years ago, my wife and I attended the Feast of the Hunter’s Moon historical festival in West Lafayette, Indiana. This is a fantastic event with hundreds of small booths that sell delicious foods or home crafted items. One booth sold hand-carved wooden implements, including wooden spoons. I bought my wife one of these spoons and she, a bit skeptical at first, learned to love that spoon over the years. I found myself regretting we hadn’t gotten three more of them.Years later, I found myself on the hunt for wooden spoons that were of a similar size and sturdiness. I felt like Goldilocks: some spoons were too big, some spoons had bowls that were too wide, some spoons were too small, and some spoons weren’t sturdy enough.Then I spotted the LRUIOMVE. While the bowl is wider than the hand-carved spoon, the rest of the dimensions are pretty close. It is a bit shorter and slightly narrower in its neck, but looks quite substantial and strong otherwise. I think it will be a worthy and useful spoon.
