Title: Excellent source of many kinds of puddings to make
Review: I think I gained 10 pounds just reading your book. Many, many interesting yummy sounding recipes that I will be trying in the near future. It is going to take me a long time to go through them all as you have so many well written recipes with very easy to follow instructions. I did not find one ingredient that I will not be able to find in my local market. You did a great job in collecting all of these. At one time I only make boxed pudding mixes in the mistaken belief that pudding was hard to do well and it was the cheapest way to go. You soon tire of chocolate, vanilla and maybe butterscotch. Even if you make a simple pudding from scratch they are so much better. I only noticed a few of your recipes that begin with an instant mix. They all sound so good.
