Title: Looks good
Review: This Samsung pedestal is heavy so you will need help installing it. The surface is a nice white that matches my washer and dryer. There are protective mount points on the top surface for the washer or dryer to sit on. It does not sit directly on the metal. It has a drawer as wide as the unit for storing items (laundry detergent, cleaning towels - my laundry room gets a little dusty, and Bounce dryer sheets). I have not installed it yet because I purchased 2 of these. Once I receive the 2nd unit, I'll have my boys over to help me install them. It will really help with the front loader washer and dryer. I'm really looking forward to it.

Title: Very useful but flawed packaging
Review: This drawer is a great addition to any Samsung washer or dryer. It looks great once installed and adds a fair amount of storage.The main issue is that the box that the manufacturer uses does not have enough padding. I ordered 2 units and both arrived with multiple dents.The shipping box only has foam in the corners, which leaves the sides exposed to damage. And since the box is heavy, chances are it will be moved during transit using a lift or trolley, resting on the unpadded sides.Amazon gave me a partial refund and the dents don’t affect functionality (they are also somewhat hidden after the drawer is installed). Be prepared to having to deal with this if you order this product.

Title: Works with WF220 washer and DV220 dryer
Review: I couldn't find a definite answer about compatibility with my WF220 washer and DV220 dryer, so I took a chance. They work very well!It's best to have help to lift the washer and dryer to set them on the pedestals, but it's possible to do it by yourself in a pinch if you have moderate strength. Lay the dryer or washer on it's side (install the shipping bolts in the washer first so you don't damage it!), then attach the upper two feet to the pedestal. You won't be able to attach the two feet that are near the floor, so use a ratchet strap near the floor to hold the washer or dryer and pedestal together. Then lift the washer or dryer to stand it upright on its feet, and attach the remaining two feet to the pedestal.

Title: The height this raises your machine to is perfect.
Review: It was easy to attach to the washer and dryer, but the biggest problem I had was getting the washer up on the pedestal. It took three of us to lift it up, but once on their it went together very nicely. they look great under my washer and dryer and my wife loved that she does not have to bend over to get the clothes out of the machines.

Title: Mounting brackets missing
Review: I went with the used option, figuring a used pedestal would be fine. And I have no problem with the condition the pedestal came in. It was slightly used, a few scratches, but that was expected. However, the mounting brackets were missing. A note was included telling me that they KNEW the brackets were missing, and to contact Amazon. That is terrible customer service- Knowingly sending me an incomplete order and expecting me to deal with it. Now, after contacting Samsung, they want me to pay for the mounting brackets. Absolutely ridiculous.
