Title: Gets the big job done without stomach cramps
Review: This product worked very well for me. I have used various laxatives, fiber supplements, and senna teas over the years to help with constipation. Laxatives tend to work quickly but can cause discomfort (and the need to be by a toilet for a few hours). Senna teas are more predictable for me with working overnight, but the stomach cramps they cause are painful.This product blends the best of both worlds. It's a tea but is mercifully free of the harsh stomach pain. I drank a cup at 11pm and sure enough, nature called at 8am. There was a brief warning of a very slight stomach cramp but that was all of the discomfort. There was, um, an "encore" performance about 4 hours later but it was not an emergency.The flavor is fine, surprisingly. Most laxative teas look and taste like dishwater, but this one tasted very similarly to some of my sleepytime tea blends. It's not something I would chug but it was pleasant enough to sip.If you are traveling and take this early enough the night before, you should be good to go before you need to check out of a hotel the following morning. I would suggest giving this a test run and make sure you use it at least 24 hours before you have to say get on an airplane or 8 hour bus ride or will be out for a day of museum hopping or such.For about $1 per bag, this is fine for travel! I will be taking this with me on trips.

Title: Works in a mild way
Review: It's okay, not a bad taste, was fairly easy to drink if you've had this type of tea before. (And you're not drinking it for a marvelous taste experience.) I would drink it early evening and not wait until bedtime, myself. Works in a gentle way, no gut cramping, which is good. I will take this along on my next trip coming up, as it certainly helps when you find yourself sitting more than usual and off any regular health routines.

Title: Tea tastes ok, but didn't work that quickly for me
Review: I brewed a large cup, about 16 oz, using the Travel Regular tea bags for overnight relief for Occasional constipation. I let the tea steep for about 10 minutes, and then sipped this after it cooled off. The tea tastes ok, no flavor or ingredient in particular stands out to me. The next morning, I had some stomach discomfort, so not sure if I am sensitive to some of the ingredients. I wasn't able to leave the house till after 10 am, so the tea didn't work that quickly for me. I was glad I tried this out before going on a trip where you have to be on the bus/tour/ship at 8 am! I might stick with senna tablets instead of this tea. So, you might need to test this out for your own particular situation.

Review: This works but honestly any hot beverage before bed is going to help this process along. If you are sensitive to senna leaf as an ingredient you will not like this tea.The flavor is fine, kind of mild. Add the sweetener of your choice.

Review: I'm reviewing Travel Regular® - Poop Like Clock Work! Gentle, Dependable, Overnight Relief for Occasional Travel Constipation.This issue affects me when we take a long car trip, and I don't get my regular activity for the day. It's nice to have a product with natural ingredients to keep things going.This comes in the form of tea bags with 7 bags in the package.It's packaged in a zippered mylar bag that's heat sealed. Title: Well, it worked!
Review: Iâm always looking for a gentle product to help with âtraveler backupâ. There are 7 teabags in this safety sealed fresh resealable packet - and only one teabag is needed per dose. I brewed one teabag before bed and added stevia. The aroma and taste are mild to me - but Iâm not sensitive to tea flavors at all. There is a little less than a year on the expiration, so these will be great for the next year of travel. Good purchase for me.
