Title: Hard to remove backing
Review: This project is breathable and comfortable.Can only use once since adhesive is gone after one use. Though I liked this product the backing is more difficult than I want and is higher priced than others. Iâm trying less expensive products. If they arenât good Iâll go back to this product.

Title: Helps to Reduce Snoring but Will Not Stop It All The Way
Review: It is really weird covering your mouth to sleep but after a week you get use to it. One of the big benefits is no more dry mouth and don't need a bottle of water besides bed. Plus no clue why but I got up less to go to the bathroom. I also breathe through my nose more through out the day. It did reduce my snoring but didn't stop it. Many mornings I woke up with a lot more energy.

Review: Thought i would go cheaper on Amazon than the other brands, these are too small, and I donât have a big mouth. They come off every night. Donât waste your money, the other ones really are better. Plus these have a musty smell
