Title: Replaced my welders gloves for BBQ/Smoker casual use.
Review: My sister bought me a set. These are great for the casual use around the BBQ or smoker. I still keep the welders gloves near for extremely hot work, but these are handy as heck. Great grip even when wet. Very flexible and the cuffs are long. Seems to take the heat well. I have used them to reposition hot ceramic diffusers and other items while smoking with no issues. I wouldn’t, grab a scorching red hot grate with them but they are fine for the normal use. They are way easier to use than those clunky oven mitts.

Title: Nasty burn
Review: I was baking bread in a Dutch oven at 475 using pot holders to pull it out of the oven. A slight slip and burned the back side of my thumb. I’ve never been burned doing this before. It’s not the burn but it’s how long it takes to heal. Burns are no fun.I bought these gloves a week after and have used them twice. The gloves work great. Long enough for your forearms and good for your hands. A bit bulky but that’s expected from the padding. You feel a bit of heat from high temps but good protection. I like these gloves

Title: Good Gloves but not fully heat resistant
Review: I love that these gloves go up my arm as I have a double oven and I use the upper oven more than the lower one. Unfortunately, the upper oven is a bit high so when I am loading or unloading, I often burn my arms so these gloves help with that. One thing that bothers me is that these gloves claim to be heat resistant to 1472 degrees, but I have felt a burn through the gloves from handling casseroles dishes from the oven at 350-400 degrees, so be warned. Also, these gloves run big, they seem to be more suited for a man's hand. With that said, I still would recommend them for handling hot dishes from the oven with caution.

Title: Perfect for the oven
Review: Pot holders, oven mitts....never again. If you want to be safe and secure retrieving something from the oven or stove and your bbq. I highly recommend these. Used a cast iron pan on bbq and used these gloves to take said pan off after 45 minutes and no major heat sensation. The glove fits perfectly and the gloves are interchangeable.

Title: Work well but lining can be a problem
Review: I got these for use when grilling on a larger propane grill. They handled the heat very well and provided a good grip on the utensils I use. However after a while my hands got warm enough to sweat a bit. Not uncomfortable at all but still a little sweating. If I took the gloves off for something I had some trouble getting them back on because the damp lining tended to grab my hands and made it difficult to get them fully on. It shouldn't be a problem with short tasks like most dinners but could become an issue with longer jobs like an hour or two of grilling for a large picnic.

Title: Much better than oven mits
Review: These gloves are amazing. They fit both my husband and myself although they are a little large on me and a tiny bit snug on my husband, however we both really like them. They have good grips so you don't have to worry about a heavy pan slipping out of your oven mits. Also, they rinse off if you need to.

Review: I purchased these gloves to replace some old oven mitts that bit the dust a while ago. I used them the first time while seasoning a new cast iron pan and am happy to report that even though the pan was over 450 degrees Fahrenheit the gloves held up and blocked all the heat perfectly. I purchased them on sale and would have gladly paid the extra $5 if I had to knowing now how well they work. I would definitely recommend them.

Review: Not sure how they came up with something as precise as 1473 F, but be that as it may, bottom line is that these gloves *do* seem to be quite heat resistant when dealing with very hot BBQ pans, grills etc. Fit well for me. Am reasonably happy with them. Little loop at the wrist so that they could be hanged up easily would have been icing on the cake!

Review: I wear womens xl gloves. I found that the finger lenght to be very long but the the wrist and arm area to be too tight. I had to return which was hassle free.
