For almost 2 decades...
CURREX has been developing professional motion analysis systems for recreational and professional athletes in various sports.
Not all shoes are built the same but they do have one thing in common: ineffective insoles. They may add cushion and feel good when you try them on at the store, but they do nothing to promote foot health or increase performance. CURREX insoles are different.

Title: Great support without stiffness!
Review: These shoe inserts have been a game changer for my high arches! They offer just the right amount of support to keep my feet comfortable during long runs, but they also allow enough flexibility that my shoes donât feel stiff or restrictive. I love how they balance support with free movement, making my runs more enjoyable without any discomfort. If you have high arches and need something that wonât lock your feet into a rigid position, these are perfect! Highly recommend for runners!

Title: Great insoles for running with underpronation/supination
Review: I've been plagued with ITBS on my left side forever. The issue mostly (apparently) stems from my hips, with a tendency to rotate externally too easily on the left side. So when I run, my left leg rotates externally, and my foot doesn't roll inward. If I use arch support or soft shoes, it will roll out and supinate.I have fairly normal arches and my feet are on the narrower side of normal, with a narrow heel, but most arch support shoes and insoles either hurt under the feet because the support isn't where it should be, or they push my left foot out more than it already does on its own, resulting in, well, even worse ITBS.I also can't run in very soft shoes with a rocker or narrow outsole, for the same reason. I need support for my heel, and something that won't let my leg open outwards.I've tried a million shoes, and half as many insoles. Most insoles on the market today are made for overpronation, have a lot of arch support and little to no heel support. Exactly what I don't need.Enter the RunPros. I've been running with them for two years. I use the blue (high arch) on the left side and the orange (medium arch) on the right side. They are super comfortable, and offer support while not really changing your gait much. They add a little cushioning under the heel, which for me is great because I usually run in fairly firm shoes with a low stack. Most importantly, the heel cup is deep and stiff enough that my heel feels supported and doesn't move. My left foot also doesn't feel like it's not straight in the shoe, unlike other insoles or support shoes. The insoles alone mostly solved the issue. I still use a small half-wedge under the left heel, but it's mostly optional at this point.Only negative, they're super expensive in the US, especially since I use two different models for one pair of shoes, and hard to find in store. Thankfully, I only need them in my running shoes.

Title: Good support
Review: These are pretty good insoles, but are on the expensive side for what you get. The arch support is great and they seem to reduce my knee pain quite a bit on longer runs. I do wish there was more cushion for the ball of my foot (the insole is a little flatter there than expected).

Title: Easy installation and immediate comfort. Worth the money.
Review: This is a repeat purchase as I bought this brand for my kids a couple of years ago when they were playing soccer and having foot and shin pain. Bought these again for soccer, football, and running and they have performed very well. Very easy to remove the original shoe insert which is as thin as paper and put these in as replacements. Easy to trim with regular scissors after using the original insert as an outline. Give it a couple of days to have good results but does not create discomfort at first use. Great product and worth the money.

Title: **Transform Your Runs with Currex RunPro Insoles â Total Game-Changer!**
Review: Currex RunPro Insoles have been a fantastic addition to my running shoes, elevating my performance and comfort in ways I didn't expect. With a medium arch and a large size, they fit snugly into my shoes, providing the perfect amount of arch support. Iâve noticed a significant reduction in foot fatigue, even on my longest runs, and my feet feel more aligned with each step. These insoles seem to absorb shock incredibly well, which has helped minimize joint pain and kept me injury-free, even during high-mileage weeks. The materials are clearly high quality â they feel durable but still provide the soft comfort my feet need. I appreciate that theyâre designed for both men and women, making them versatile, and I canât imagine my training without them now. The insoles have truly added a spring to my stride, and my performance has noticeably improved since I started using them. If you're a runner looking for a little extra support and injury prevention, the Currex RunPro Insoles are definitely worth a try!

Title: Love these - my go-to for 5 years
Review: I finally got properly fit for sneakers about 5 years ago and learned that a lot of my discomfort came from having high arches and not wearing anything to support them. I was recommended these insoles and now cannot wear shoes without them! Whenever i get new shoes, I get a new pair. If youâre an avid runner (I am not) you probably need to swap them out every 5-6 months for maximum support. Super easy to trim to fit any shoe. For the price point, definitely worth trying before diving into having custom insoles made. I also have the hiking ones for my boots which are super sturdy but offer no comfort.

Review: These work extremely well and instead of replacing my pricey walking/running shoes I just replaced the removable insole with these. Good-bye foot pain. I feel like I'm wearing new shoes again.
