At first I designed a sharpener just want to free my logger dad from hassle of chainsaw sharpening. And thanks for his advice we

Review: Wonderful product! Sharpened chainsaw like a pro!! Have sharpened twice now on single charge and appears to still be strong! Nice compact in diameter, high rpm’s, did an excellent job on a dull chain!! It replaces an older corded model!! So much more convenient!

Review: Sharpens the chain very quickly and when properly set up you can sharpen a Farmboss in about 7-8 minutes. Just be careful not to run it too long or the tooth will slowly disappear.

Title: Broke the second time
Review: EDITWas able to get in touch with the seller and they are sending a replacement unit to me so this is resolved. I wish it hadn't broken quickly, but the tool is useful and with a replacement inbound I will be up and running again. I especially like that this is portable and allows me to freshen up a chain on a job site if necessary.Tried contacting Amazon and the retailer but all I get is bot runaround. The second time I used this tool it would not allow me to remove the bit with the included wrench because the detent to lock the shaft in place will not work.At this point I just spent $80 to sharpen exactly TWO CHAINS and I cannot get support from the seller or Amazon so I'm left wishing I could rate this lower than 1 star.Things happen and substandard pieces make it past QC. I get that, but I don't get why you won't stand behind the product and just hide behind bots that lead to nowhere.
