Title: It works!
Review: Was so afraid to try this but an so very happy I did. My yard was over grown. I wish I had before and after pictures. With the bush trimmer I actually did grass that was over grown, very thick grass, 3 weed whackers one with a burnt out motor, 1 the string couldn't handle it, the last was a metal blade weed whacker and this grass broke the blade or died out because of the stress on motor. This little gadget plows right thru it. Since it's handheld I was on my knees or leaning over but it truly got the job I needed done. It did not handle quite the thickness of bush branches it claims, gonna say maybe 1/4" or so before it gets stuck.but I just use a hand clipper for those. The actual grass trimmer is fantastic for edging, it did an amazing job and did the high grass patches quickly and easily (far easier than me with a pair of scissors).. with the grass trimmer first for about 25 minutes and bush trimmer about 25 minutes ..it lasted about 50 minutes. My second go I did 45 minutes with Bush trimmer and then I changed out the attachment and focused on edging for another 20 minutes. I got just over an hour on the charge. I'm just truly pleased with this, I didn't expect it to cut right thru so easy and I didn't expect it to last nearly as long as it did on a full charge. Very pleased with this product

Title: Lacking in power but not bad at all.
Review: For the money. It's very good machine.. I got the x2 batteries but they last a long time. I'll get tired way before the machine runs out of juice.. Which is my first compliant.. although not heavy it's not light either..It gets heavy after a while..The machine works well.. It's better with the hedge attachment then the grass shears.. The Shears do cut but you can't really cut very tall grass or they get bogged down.. You have to do light passes then you can cut taller grass.. ( I call it tall grass but it's only like around 1ft.. machine can do around 2-4 inch)The annoying part is that it feel like it could if the machine had more power...Hedge attachment works really well and cuts most of what you throw at it.. with in reason..Most of the stuff that fits between the cutting blades will cut..Only had it jam x2 in 2-3 hours of use..All in all I like it and battery life is great which surpised me..but some applications feel like it needs more power..I may or may not keep it.. I'll probably end up trying another one of these that cost x2 as much to see if it has more power this one is lacking..But this one isn't bad for light duty stuff like weeds much easier than pulling by hand so I may keep this one as well...

Title: Handy Tool; Good Price; Holding Up Well
Review: I do a lot of landscaping and have dozens of tools - gas battery, etc. I've been using this for about 4 months. It has performed surpringly well. I use it primarily for trimming grass in tight spaces like along fences and around fixtures. I typically use it in 15 - 20 mins for off and on use as I move from place to place. It cuts grass cleanly and fast. Much more control than a weed wacker and much faster than any handtool. Ive never had the battery run out on me, but, again I dont use it continuously for very long.The hedge trimmer attachment is fine for smaller plants or quick clean up where there's just a few stragglers. If you're looking to use this as your primary hedge trimmer for mature plants, you'll probably find it lacking. It's too small and wouldnt handle anything but the thinnest, green (as opposed to wood) growth. Ive got larger, beefier tools for that. But for small, quick clean up, it's serviceable.

Review: I’m a career industrial electrician. My indoctrination includes reading directions & specs.This was advertised on Amazon as having 2.0 Amp hour batteries in the description. As anyone can see the unit specifically reads comes with 1.5amp hour batteries.In my case, had I paid full price this BS would justify returning it to Amazon and demanding a full refund. At a cost way less than others I investigated. I have decided to give the clipper a chance. Likely those others ( all sent with 1.5amp hour batteries) are just as cheaply made.The batteries are no issue, am still using #1 on thr first charge.Post script: have used the grass clipper. it works well if you hold the grass to give it purchase.The hedge clipper will not do larger swaths of grass.
