How do I know if its charging or not? What do I need to be careful of?

The indicator light is red when charging, and green when charging is complete.

- Before charging, dry the charging pins with a dry towel, and then proceed with the charging.

Title: Works great!
Review: It may take a while to charge but it'll run about an hour before needing recharge. Does a nice job picking up debris but you may need to change the wheel set-up to best suit your pool. I'm happy with it so far.

Review: Cleans up a lot from the pool. You can really tell when you open it to empty the debris. It does sometimes get stuck at one end and the pool not that unlevel but is a little. Doesn't seem to cover all areas of the pool. Nice to do a light clean up of the pool but for bigger leaves or debris you would need a better vacuum

Title: Perfect for 18 round above ground pool
Review: This robotic pool vacuum cleaner is a great addition to the weekly cleaning rooutine as it vacumms and removes dirt and gunk from the bottom of the pool. It has a 1 hr run time which is plenty for my size pool and the battery is rechargeable and quick to charge. It is easy to lift and remove from the pool and clean the internal components. We run it once a week for sparkling clean water.

Title: Small but Powerful Pool Cleaner
Review: We have a lap pool, 13x45 feet. It's a large pool. This pool cleaner held its own against our massive pool.Assembly is very easy. It took about two hours to charge and we followed the directions to put it to work in the pool. We pressed the red power button and it was not clear whether or not the machine was on because nothing moved and there was no sound. Still, when we dropped in, it immediately started working.As far as picking up debris, it does pick up the small leaves and specks, but you will still have to use your net to pick up larger items that may fall into the pool. It's not a deal breaker. We love the fact that it’s cordless and no need for tubes at all. The machine actually turned all over the place and covered the shallow and deep ends of the pool. It will not go up the walls like other machines, but we were not expecting it to do so. It ran for about 60 minutes and my husband easily "fished" it out with the hook provided.Cleaning it was super easy and it was at that moment that we heard a beeping sound and we pressed the power button to turn it off. We wiped it off with a dry cloth as instructed and let it air dry. I was worried that it would not charge after having been underwater, but we have used it several times already, and it works really well. We will use it twice per week to keep the pool in top condition. During the summer, we will probably run it more often. Overall, I am very happy with this item.

Title: great vacuum for the price
Review: I wish it lasted longer and returned to the starting point but it does the job and I was affordable. The robotic vac is reliable and charges really fast.

Title: Simple to use
Review: I really like the fact that it is so easy to use this little machine. Just charge and go! It actually worked well for what it is, not perfect, but it did a good job. The run time is fairly decent at about an hour or so and for our pool that is just about right. Overall, it is a good idea, well made and easy to use.
