Title: Fantastic multi-cooker
Review: I love this multi-cooker. I tried and returned a variety of brands and types before I found spoonlemon. Although it is bigger than I intended it works so well that I decided to keep it. If spoonlemon makes a slightly smaller version in the future would definitely be interested in buying it.

Title: Only worked for 5 months -great customer service.
Review: I got this and immediately fell in love with it! The cooker does so much and cleans really easily... Until it doesn't. Here I thought I somehow tripped the circuit in the kitchen, go down and reset everything but it turns out the cooker just won't turn on. I tried my hardest to follow all instructions for cooking and cleaning and it was loved for those 5 months. But now I have a meal in a cooker that won't even power on. And of course it's past the return window. So sad.So after posting my original 2 star review (unedited above), the seller reached out and happily offered me a refund, but honestly, I loved the product. I asked for a replacement instead and they were happy to do so. They shipped it right away, during the holidays, and followed up immediately. The customer service was courteous, kind and prompt.

Title: It’s ok
Review: I love that it can get hot enough to brown the outside of meat. But if you put it on the slow cook setting it will not cook the food it doesn’t get hot enough. I should have watched it more the first time I used it ended up feeding my family something else for dinner because it didn’t cook the food.

Review: I have had issues with crockpots for a long time all deriving from the Temps and burning my food to the side of the dish. I looked for one that I could temperature control and I found this one. It used it twice already and absolutely love it. I love the different cooking features and even more so the manual setting so I can cook things at the time and more importantly the temperature I want.

Title: Very nice multi cooker
Review: I have received this multi cooker today, it was very well packaged, looks very nice and seems to be well made, it is also a nice size, not to big and not to small, what is missing though, is a small booklet with recipes which would have been the icing on the cake so to speak. I have not used this multi cooker yet so I can not say how well it performs, I gave it 4 stars do to the lack of a customer service number to call should there arise a problem with the appliance. I have no clue where it is made at because there is no mentioning about the company at all anywhere, it seems to be a mystery. I bought it by faith on the reviews it had and the looks of it and hope that I won’t regret it because this is not not a cheap appliance by any means and I think that the manufacturer should have at least enclosed a number to call if you have a question. This multi cookers very small pamphlet comes with lots of warnings and the bare minimum of instructions on setting different functions for baking, sautéing and so on, very minimal in my opinion. I hope someone from this company will read this and make some changes because of it which would benefit future buyers, I am not sure yet if I will keep it because of it.

Review: I was a bit suspicious when I ordered this, because "Spoonlemon"?? What the heck is that? but I wanted a big slow-cooker that has a browning function, and not many have that. And this one does.When I first opened it, I was concerned because the insert is really flimsy feeling. It's metal, not ceramic like the very old ones, but it's really thin compared to the much sturdier ones I have had in the past. However, this does have an advantage in that it's much lighter to lift.Thin or not, it seems to work well. It browns beautifully. It slow-cooks like a champ. The dinner is tender and moist, not dry. I haven't tried all the functions, so I don't know whether it does rice well or other things, but it certainly does those two things well.Perhaps it won't last very long, but for now, it's pretty good.
