Title: Solid unit! Can’t go wrong. Go ahead and buy it
Review: Very happy with this purchase. It is a very good size unit. Supply line hooked to waterline. It is a gravity drain so you will need to install a sanitary drain or a direct drain because the unit does not refrigerate the ice. It is basically a cooler under the ice maker. Unit makes more ice than I could use in a day. Unit holds about 20lbs of ice in the container. Ice cycles every 10 minutes or so. I fill my cooler for my work truck every morning. If you purchase ice at the store, the price of the unit will pay for itself in about 2months. The unit has a 1 year warranty. I’m beyond impressed with the units quality and expect it to last for quite a while. Will purchase again.

Title: Perfect home use ice machine.
Review: As a heavy equipment field tech I need to fill my cooler with ice a lot. I got tired of hitting up the gas station every couple days to pay $3.50 for ice and grab junk I don’t need while I’m there. It will also come in handy for filling the camper cooler with ice and when I have parties. Note that the machine only makes ice, it doesn’t keep the hopper cold. This means the ice will melt and have to be pumped out. For that I bought a small ice machine water pump that is automatic. Even with a high of 94 degrees and sitting in my garage this thing has pumped out plenty of ice. I also purchased ice bags from Amazon and have a dozen 10 lbs. bags of ice in my garage freezer ready to go. I’m about to turn the ice machine off for a couple weeks until I need more ice.

Title: It was good while it lasted....
Review: When we first got the ice maker, it worked wonderful. About a month later it started giving an Error code. We have tried to get a hold of customer service but to no avail. We ordered a new motherboard and a new censor but it doesn't seem to be working. In the beginning I would have recommended it but now not for anything.

Title: Works well
Review: This machine makes ice fairly quickly. I like that you can choose your ice size. The machine is not very loud except for when it actually drops the ice. My only complaint is condensation forms on the inside top. So when you open the lid and it rolls back, the condensation goes onto the lid and when you close it it spills down the front. I do not think this is avoidable considering the machine interior is not temperature regulated. So far it has been a great addition and has saved us lots of money from buying ice. I also like that it has a timer feature where you can turn the machine off so it doesn't constantly run. And once full the ice stays frozen for a decent amount of time before melting

Title: Purchased 8/2022 and had to order a new one today.
Review: When the machine was working it did great. But over the past week, it stopped working. The lights are on, the fan is blowing, but no longer will the machine make ice. The one bad thing is the severe build-up of dirt and filth inside even with regular cleaning. The self-cleaning mechanism does not remove the black built-on in the corridor that builds the ice. This was such a disappointment because I loved the look of the machine as it matched my decor. Had to purchase a new one that does not go with my kitchen colors. But we needed an icemaker.
