Title: I donât believe all the recipes were tested, as stated
Review: There are pictures of only one coffee cake and itâs on both the front and back covers. Contents pages have numbered recipes but since it was copied from a downloadable book, when the recipe title is too long it wraps to the next line and breaks up the numbers. Very sloppy. That I could deal with. The worst part of this book is that so many recipes have incomplete information. Loaf pans, sheet pans, rectangular pans and springform pans come in different sizes but often size or shape isnât specified. How were these recipes tested âsometimes more than onceâ without pan shape and or size. Butter, sugar, eggs and chocolate are too pricey to gamble on any of these recipes. When I requested to return this book, my money was refunded in seconds ( thank you Amazon) and they told me to keep the book. They didnât want it either. Into paper recycling it goes.
