Title: Great looking fan with good wind speed and brightness
Review: Pros:+ Works with most smart assistants ( google, Alexa)+ Powerful yet quiet fan+ Bright light with dimming and 2700k to 6000k color adjustment+ Easy to install+ Very low profile (8 inches)Cons:- no 5ghz wifi supportIt's a good fan with plenty of smart integration. They make a big difference in keeping the house cool here in Florida. I used to set my thermostat to 73 to stay cool. With the fans I can now keep the thermostat at 77-78 during the day and 75-76 at night. My only complaint is that it only supports 2.4 GHz wifi networks. With that being said I was happy enough to buy 7 of these fans so it's a minor issue and it's one issue that it shares with many others on the market.Some nice to haves that I would like to see on the next version of this fan: 1.) Please make a version that uses light neutral colors like white or a light grey. A whitr fan housing and a bamboo color woodgrain for the blades would really match the interior of newer homes since that seems to be the color scheme I've seen in newer homes these days.2.) It also would be nice if they offered a model with an even lower profile, like around 6 inches. I feel that would be doable since there's a ton of space in the upper portion of the fans housing that isn't really used. it probably won't be a big deal for most users but my ceilings are only 8ft from the floor and I use a projector in my room which the fan gets in the way of slightly, so every inch counts in my use case.3.) A built in occupancy sensor would make it truly smart. That way I would never have to manually turn it on or off. I'm working on getting them to work with some motion and occupancy sensors so they turn on and off automatically if the room is occupied or not. Having this built into the fan as a feature would make it really stand out in the smart fan market.

Title: Great Fan, Outstanding Customer Service
Review: I bought two of these fans, one for the kitchen area and one for the family room. They are very quiet, very versatile with fan speed and light adjustment and look very nice. Installation was easy and the fans operate perfectly with remote, phone app and Alexa, although there is a slight learning curve to sync everything.I had a problem with one fan that did not make sense, so I contacted customer support. The actual problem isn't important because it was probably a onetime occurrence. What is important is the excellent customer service I received to troubleshoot and to get the fan working. It took about two weeks of trying different things, but it was an enjoyable experience working with this company. They were very caring and responsive.I strongly recommend the fan and the company.

Title: Quiet, strong airflow & light dimming on low profile
Review: I just installed this last night. It was a pretty easy install. The packaging, materials, hardware are fine. This is a good looking fan. It works well and has a good light with dimming and tone options. It hugs the ceiling pretty close which is good for rooms with low ceilings.The remote is nice but the app is not great and the Google integration is only for voice command. Maybe Tyua (the app brand) will update their options eventually. I'm satisfied with the fan right now though. It's worth the price in my opinion. I'd give it 5 stars if the app and smart features were better.

Title: wonderful fan
Review: Replaced an older fan. This one has nice modern lines and the LED lights are dimmable and adjustable for color temperature. Nice and quiet at all speeds. No wobble out of the box. Timer option is a plus. Easy install. Liked it so much, I bought one for our son while we were visiting and the second install was even quicker than the first. I assembled the fan before attaching it to the ceiling. The mounting bracket has a hook that lets you temporally hold the fan so you can use both hands to terminate the wires. Nice thinking!
