Title: Not perfect but it works well
Review: I was using a one piece Rubbermaid dish rack before and couldn’t stand that I couldn’t clean under the rack, the water wouldn’t drain so it just got so dirty and gross. I wanted something that wouldn’t do that and I could clean easier so I searched for hours. I’m glad I found this dish rack because it drains well with my sink, not perfectly but the drain board is very easy to slide out and clean if needed. I saw reviews saying that the drain board moves easily and the plates don’t sit up right. So far, I haven’t had an issue with the board moving but I can see how it could happen. Most of my dishes don’t seem to touch it though. It’s also very easy to fix if you notice it move, it just rests on the feet of the rack. My plates do sit a little awkwardly which is probably my only complaint so far but I just tilt them so they can rest properly enough to be stable. As you can see in my picture, I was able to fit a lot of dishes to dry. I have a very small section between my stove and sink that I keep the rack so I couldn’t get anything too large. This one is small enough to fit but is big enough to fit a good amount of dishes. If you want to get an affordable dish rack, this is a great option. My rubbermaid was cheap but I also had to replace it often. In the end, it’s worth it to spend a little more money to buy something that won’t have to be replaced as often. I don’t know how long this one will last since I’ve only had it for a few weeks or so but I definitely see it lasting much longer than the Rubbermaid. I recommend buying this one, it’s not perfect but nothings perfect. I believe it works well enough and looks nice, it’s a good affordable dish rack worth trying.

Title: A Useful and Stable Dish Drying Rack
Review: Based on a Serious Eats review, I purchased this KitchenAid dish drying rack and have used it regularly over the last year. The dish rack is large, stable, and holds enough pots and pans, hand tools, and plates for a family of four. (see picture)We rarely go out to eat, preferring to cook our meals so we spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I am not one to put my pots and pans and hand tools in the dishwasher which is the main reason I bought it. You will need a lot of counter space, as this is a large-capacity drying rack so if you're short on counter space you may want to look for a smaller drying rack. It gets stored in the pantry when not in use.The drying rack is easy to clean after using it. The drain tray is easily removed and dried with a dish towel, then it is good to go. The eating utensil attachment is more tedious to dry completely before stowing it.After using it for a year, the plastic on the utensil holder has started to crack where it attaches, despite rarely unsnapping and removing it. One of the rubber feet that the drain tray rests on has also started to crack, the other three are fine. (see attached pictures).Overall, I would recommend this for a large family or for someone who does not like putting certain cooking tools in the dishwasher. You will need a lot of counter space and possibly a place to store it when not in use. It is stable when fully loaded. Though I have had some minor material issues, I would purchase it again.

Title: Large capacity and drains well
Review: This KitchenAid dish rack came promptly, was easy to assemble and has been a great replacement to the old plastic kind that gets moldy quickly due to improper drainage. Some people complained of spill over drainage and I am not noticing that. It may depend on how your stack your dishes. Just in case, I placed an absorbent dish drying mat under the rack but have not noticed it getting wet. Yes the plates don't stand exactly upright, but they don't fall over. We are a family of 3 adults who cook a lot, don't use a dishwasher and are a bit lazy about putting dishes away until its a mountain about to crash, so you can get a lot in it. I didn't like the separators in the utensil compartments because you can't get as much in each utensil tray, so I took them out and I used them under the back legs of the rack for extra elevation and drainage. They are sturdy plastic and fit snuggly under the rubber grips on the rack's feet. I have had the rack about 3 weeks and don't see any corrosion or mold. The chrome finish does get water spots but we have hard water and that would be normal here. I am very pleased with the purchase. This is the best and most attractive rack I have owned.Update: 4 months later of daily heavy use and there is still no corrosion or mold on the dishrack. I am increasing my stars to 5!

Review: I have a fairly small kitchen counter, but the KitchenAid Full Size Dish Rack fits it well. The rack accommodates plates, dishes, and even pots and pans. It has enough hooks for up to 4 or 5 glasses or cups. At the back of the rack, there are compartments for cutlery - even large cooking spoons and forks. The rack's tray is designed to be placed in the rack at an angle so that water runs off into the sink. It's such a solid and well-designed dish rack! I'm able to store many more dishes and pots on this rack than on any rack I've had before. The rack's tray is easy to remove and clean. Because the tray is fitted at an angle so the water runs off into the sink, I no longer have to deal with a constantly wet kitchen counter. This is the best kitchen dish I've ever owned.
