Title: So Far, We Love This Keurig
Review: I have one of the old Keurig's and it has been a phenomenal single cup coffee maker. I've had it about a decade and it still works perfectly. Needless to say, it brews a great cup of coffee. My sister wanted to get a Keurig duo brewer. We received it the other day. It took no time to get it set up. Since my sister opted for the model that wasn't programmable, it was very easy to understand. Her previous brewer was and we never used this feature. Both the carafe and single brew make very good coffee. We are hoping it gives us good service. No problems to start with. It was very reasonable as far as cost goes.

Title: Useless, for the second time around
Review: This is the second time I have bought this product. It'll last Less Than 3 months. And then it just stops working I don't know if it's something wrong with the pump. As you can see from the video it sounds like it's trying to work it'll spit out a couple drops. And then stops it'll say to add water or descale. I have bought their useless descaling product several times. I have done the white vinegar descaling. Several times. However, even with the second time around it has done the same thing. I can understand having a dud maybe once. But not twice. I won't be trying for a third time. Twice is enough. I will be going back to my Hamilton. I should have known not to try something different. Just because it has a designer name and a designer price does not mean it's quality. And anybody who reads or watches the video I hope you think twice about buying this machine. And I did return it to Amazon the first time. This is just crazy two times in 3 months is just nuts for machine not to work. Buyer beware. Spend your money at your own risk

Title: Great coffee pot with just a few quirks
Review: After using another company's coffee brewer for years we finally made the switch to Keurig. The other style, which doesn't use a carafe, kept breaking off pieces ( cheap plastic parts that lasted only 3 months this last time), so we decided to switch brands. This brewer is great since it brews a 12 cup pot, and also brews individual cups. My only complaints are as follows: 1) In my opinion, the water reservoir is hard to get to as it's on the back of the machine. I don't like having to slide out and turn the machine so I don't make a mess while pouring water; 2) I have yet to figure out how to turn the machine off after we use up all the coffee in the carafe. We don't want a hot burner left on with an empty pot, so we unplug it and then plug back in. It needs an on/off switch like I've seen on older Keurig models. We are home everyday so don't need to keep it unplugged for safety, but I like knowing it's shut off after each use. Other than these two things I absolutely love this coffee machine. It suits our needs perfectly.

Review: Love the duo! We had a coffee pot and single serve Keurig. It was great however took up too much space on the counter. The duo was the perfect addition to our kitchen. Wish the water storage tank was a bit bigger however it works. It will do about 2 full pots of coffee or 5-8 cups of single serve depending how big of cup(oz) you need.

Review: This model is very convenient to use. We got it to replace our older model that was having some issues and I prefer this one. This product is perfect for anyone who wants both single serve and multi serving pot in one single machine, it's not too big and saves a lot of space compared to having a single serve and brewer separately. It makes 8, 10 or 12 ounce single serving cups or 8, 10 or 12 cup pots if you have company. The cup setting uses regular sound coffee and the ounces use the normal K-cup compatible pods. The only thing I don't love about this machine is the lack of a digital display. Due to the lack of display it does not remind you when it needs cleaned or tell you if it needs more water for the size of drink you have requested. However both of these things are easy to check manually and really aren't a bother to me.
