Title: Great laptop for my girlfriend, and quick delivery!
Review: Pros: My girlfriend seems to really love it! it runs all of her tabs smoothly, and its overall power is great for the price point, shes been able to play games like Minecraft semi-smooth on low settings, and with performance enhancement mod 60fps is very achievable. a lot of the more casual Steam games run with relatively high success too. if youre looking for a more in-depth review id recommend searching up the model and watching some Youtube videos. finishing up, the overall experience has been above expectations, havent heard any major complaints, and the shipping at least in our case was shockingly quick. (this being to the Philippines.)Cons: When first opening up the laptop it was in S mode, so turning that off was just a mild inconvenience. on top of being Windows 11, but thats more so nitpicking. On to the major complaint, for some reason due to the Microsoft store, it wouldnt allow us to open the game even after paying it in full. we then had to buy both the launcher and the game once more, in the Microsoft app store. to call it a pain is an understatement, but steam works just fine again once you take it out of S mode.Final Thoughts: Do your research beforehand, and make sure this is for you. For us, it runs just about everything we need and want. But id say if you can, its more than worth it, this gives you a whole lot more value than what you pay for.

Title: Incredible value, great little machine
Review: When we left home for one of our rare extended vacations, I wanted a laptop for my wife that didn't need a lot of bells and whistles but did have to be up to date, fast enough with enough RAM to run Office apps and browse comfortably, was dependable. and well priced.This was a great choice. It includes features I dared not hope to obtain at this price point, including a SSD drive and touchscreen, and she is very happy with it. Because she is not a big media user and saves her document work to the cloud, the small disk drive is not an issue. The built-in camera does quite nicely and the 15.6-inch screen is really as big as you should want for travel or even a laptop home use.The only not-so-great things to be aware of are (a) the screen leaves something to be desired; (b) battery life is not so great; and (c) you've got to yank Windows out of S-Mode unless you want only Microsoft-approved software, a "safety feature" no one asked for, of course.These are quibbles for most users looking for economical laptops. Highly recommended.

Title: If you turn off S Mode immediately you'll love it
Review: I almost returned the laptop because I thought it was defective. I couldn't perform simple tasks like downloading and installing my existing virus protection or extending my current Office 365 subscription. Then, after two days of frustration, I discovered that the new devices come preloaded with a ... well ... predatory is the word that comes to mind ... program called "S Mode." S Mode is explained as a way of preventing users from installing "unsafe" programs or apps. Ha! Its real function is to prevent you from installing ANYTHING you didn't purchase from the Microsoft Store. My apps would download fine, but they couldn't be installed. Once I figured that out and found a way to get rid of S Mode (and believe me, they do everything they can into scaring you into not disabling it) I was able to appreciate this speedy little gem. It's incredibly lightweight, the price was amazing, and overall I couldn't be happier. I even like the color! I wanted a backlit keyboard but didn't want to spend the extra bucks. The dark gray keypads show up exceptionally well against the light cream housing, so I doubt I'll miss it. All things considered, this is a exceptionally good buy.
