Title: 5 stars all things considered
Review: For the price, this vacuum is terrific. The suction power is STRONG. I love that you can detach the hose and wand and use the attachments to get cobwebs on the ceiling etc. I like the size of the dirt cup as well.Downsides:- The wand is short. I went onto the Dirt Devil website to order an extension wand; it was a mere$10 plus $10 in shipping (and several days' wait). Without the extension wand, you have to bend way over to use the attachments (I have textured rugs and use the wand tool on them) or are limited as to how high you can reach. Why not offer the wand as an add-on with the cord rewind version of the machine?- Mine does not easily lock into the upright position. It seems like the mechanism is defective.- Attachments fall off of the holders constantly.But, again, for the price, I find it an effective, lightweight, versatile vacuum. I find it terrific for the price.

Title: Love DirtDevil sweepers!
Review: I’ve been buying Dirt Devil sweepers for a very long time. As the years have gone by, some have been better than others, but I can honestly say this is probably the best! The suction is wonderful. It has a long cord which a must, and it’s light weight. I definitely recommend it!

Title: Great value and perfect fit!
Review: These items fit perfectly to replace parts that have gotten old. Filters were a perfect fit for my Shark NV682. Buyers be aware though, to change the roller is not an easy task and you will need to disassemble the whole bottom of the vacuum cleaner to access the roller… approximately 18 screws. Also, you will need an extended length T20 screwdriver to do it. I found an excellent tutorial on YouTube and followed directions to the T. Maybe check it out before you buy the new roller and see if you are up to the challenge …? I did it and my vacuum cleaner works like a new one, but it was not easy an easy task. Totally recommend though, my rugs are super clean now! 😁

Title: Solved (for now) the dirt cup emptying problem
Review: Great suction that made me embarrassed about the debris left behind by my old vacuum. GOOD GRIEF!However, there are problems: 1) the dirt cup is difficult to reattach once emptied, and 2) the attachment of the handle to the body of this unit is awkward. It turns out the two issues are related. To successfully reattach the dirt cup, you can remove the two screws that secure the handle to the body, then snap the dirt cup in place, then reattach the two screws. I guess I hadn’t attached the handle correctly in the first place. In fact, I wrecked the first of this model I bought by trying to force replacement of the dirt cup, but I loved the vacuum so much I ordered a second.There’s a YT video that explain why I experienced Problem #2, but Amazon won’t let me share the URL. Just look for “NEW Dirt Devil Multi-Surface Total Home Pet Unboxing & Assembly Tutorial (UD76410)” and FF to 4:00.
