Title: Every Recipe I've Tried Has Been Great
Review: Wow. The variety of recipes in this cookbook is incredible. I never knew so many things were possible with a bundt pan. The first recipe I made was the Lemon Lover's Bundt. It turned out delightfully moist with the perfect balance of tart and sweet, and the glaze was so addictive.Along with classic recipes, the book includes creative recipes for filled bundts, yeast-based breads and savory meals that can be cooked entirely in a bundt pan. This is so much more than a dessert cookbook.If you're on the fence about buying this book, the recipe for Sweet Belgian Craquelin is worth it all on it's own. The buttery, crunchy pastry tastes like something straight out of a European patisserie.There are so many more recipes I'm excited to make for the holidays, like the eggnog and sticky toffee pudding cakes. And for my nieces and nephews, I can't wait to make the playful, colorful kids' cakes like funfetti, rainbow swirl and a piñata cake that has candies that fall out when you slice it.Along with the easy-to-follow recipes and insider tips, I love that this book has stunning photos of each cake. The pictures really inspire me to bake each and every one.

Title: Delicious, Easy to Follow Recipes for All Occassions
Review: I have been anxiously awaiting the arrived of "Beautiful Bundts" and am so excited to try all of the recipes. I have Ms. Hession's other two cookbooks and always learn new tips and tricks for baking from her "make ahead" and "tips" sections. The recipes are easy to follow and understand with the cakes turning out delicious. The pictures in this cookbook are beautiful, which is one of the reason's I purchased the book, because all of the recipes looks so yummy and I like being able to choose my recipe based on how the pictures shows it turning out. I love that there are step by step pictures for several of the styles so I may actually give a filled bundt or pull apart bundt a try! Another reason why I purchased this book is because I loved the versatility of recipes in the book and all of the different ways that you can create bundts from traditional, sweet, healthy, gluten free, and savory. So far the Lemon Rosemary Olive Oil Bundt, Lemon Blueberry Streusel Bundt, and Healthy Start Bundt cakes are household favorites. Here is a picture of the Lemon Lover's bundt prior to frosting that came out of the pan perfectly This cake was devoured quickly!

Title: Beautiful Bundts
Review: I have several cookbooks that include bundt recipes but there were just never enough so I started looking for bundt specific cookbooks. The first one I bought was a real disappointment as it focused on using cake mixes rather than making the cakes from scratch. In Beautiful Bundts I have found a book that gives me what I was looking for.In fact it goes farther than I could have hoped in that it doesnât just offer sweet cakes, it also gives recipes for some savory offerings. Plus it shows some unconventional uses for a bundt pan like for spaghetti cassarole or baked stuffing. I am also quite intrigued by the bread pudding recipes baked in the bundts. They not only sound delicious but look beautiful.I have so far only tried the Cherry, Vanilla and Chocolate Chunk Swirl Bundt Cake but that was a real winner. The recipe was easy to follow and the resulting cake was very tasty. Iâve got my eye on a couple of others to try and given my love of bundt cakes Iâm sure Iâll be working my way through them in short order.The book begins with some basics for beginners in the kitchen â a bundt cake is a brilliant cake for starting bakers as it presents beautifully and you donât have to worry about fussy frostings. A little care with greasing the bundt pan and you donât have to worry about release. Iâm very pleased with the book and the only reason it is not a 5 star review is due to a couple of small recipe errors that arenât going to bother an experienced baker but that might flummox a new one.4.5

Title: Do not hesitateâbuy this book now!
Review: This recipe book is incredible. Iâm not normally moved to leave reviews, but I am so impressed with this book I just had to. I bought this book just after the world went into COVID-19 lockdown and started with the first couple of recipes. I very quickly realized that these cakes are utterly irresistible and Iâd better start giving them away!! So, Iâve been baking my way through the book, one cake a week, and giving the cakes to local friends. Letâs just say Iâm suddenly very popular. In all seriousness though, there is not a single âpoorâ recipe in this book. Every single cake is killer. And thereâs a lot to choose fromâa classic pound cake (with the most amazing crumb consistency) to a decadent peanut butter cup cake to a funfetti cake (which elevates a birthday cake to another realm) to blueberry streusel...the list is endless and delicious. Add to that impeccable instructionsâthese recipes have clearly been carefully kitchen testedâand you really cannot go wrong. Iâve already bought two more copies of this book as gifts for baking friendsâand I know of a couple more friends whoâve bought it on my recommendation. Iâm so impressed with this author that Iâve also just ordered her mini pie recipe book...

Title: Fantastic Bundt Cake Recipes
Review: Beautiful Bundts is the cookbook that got me into baking Bundt cakes on a regular basis. The recipes are easy to follow, and they use common ingredients. If you are new to baking Bundt cakes, you will find the introductory material extremely helpful. Each recipe has a helpful tip or two. There is a wide variety of recipes, including some for mini Bundt cakes, savory Bundts and gluten-free Bundts, as well as recipes for many types of glazes. Please note that most of the recipes require a 10-cup Bundt pan instead of the large 12-cup Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundt pan, the one with the iconic shape that everyone knows. I highly recommend Beautiful Bundts. It will make a valuable addition to your baking cookbook collection.

Review: I was so excited when I bought this book! So well organised, so beautiful photos!I started making the first recipe and the batter was looking more like dough. The hydration of the recipe was off. I had to adjust by adding more liquid and of course, the result was not at the level of expectancy. With the second one, the same. With the 3rd one the same. I was wondering if the culprit was my flour, but actually found other people commenting that the recipes in millilitres/grams were wrong, you should use cups to succeed. I was expecting that in published books for which you PAY, the recipes are at least tested in all the indicated measurements. Such a shame!

Review: This book is absolutely fantastic. Such a good selection of recipes for different skill levels, and for whether you want a bit of a project or a quick bake. There is also a lot of really helpful information about ingredients and how to use and care for you Bundt pan, if you are like me and new to making Bundt cakes. So far I have only made the Funfetti Birthday Bundt, which was delicious. Itâs definitely a book I will keep returning to and use regularly. Highly recommended. The recipes are in American cup measures, which luckily I own a set of, but itâs easy enough to find weight conversions online. Happy Bundt baking!
