Title: Mediocre at best
Review: A chef or cook who writes a cookbook SHOULD know their ingredients, right? The author has "queso cheese" listed as an ingredient. "Queso" means "cheese" in Spanish, nothing but cheese. I've lived in México for 30 years and know of at least 25 different varieties of "queso" (cheese). Listing "queso cheese" as an ingredient is saying "cheese cheese". Which of the 25+ varieties of Mexican cheese is the author referring to? They each have distinctively different flavors and textures, so "cheese cheese" is what ingredient exactly?
