Review: For years, I have experienced sometimes agonizing shoulder and back pain and muscle stiffness which comes and goes. Several years go, after having tried all sorts of therapies- massage, heat, ice, medication, etc. finally, I decided to try the Snailax Cordless Neck & Shoulder Shiatsu Massager With Heat. I tried it and I LOVE IT! For less than $100, I found a product that is sturdy, easy to use, great design and finally truly releases the knots and tight muscles. SO much, in fact, that I purchased a 2nd one for my vacation home and have recommended it to others. The company is very responsive with questions, also. You will NOT be disappointed if you’re looking to loosen up those tight muscles and get a great massage in the privacy of you home!

Review: I rarely write reviews but this is amazing . I have had neck pain for the past few months and recently went to a Chiropractor which helped some but I ordered this and noticed improvement the first use and even more the 2nd day . I actually cancelled my next Chiropractor visit as it was so much better.My son has similar neck issues and has seen a Chiropractor so I sent him one . He loves it because it really helps his neck pain . I still do my stretching exercises and moist heat daily but this has made the most difference. Also it does have heat which is great. You can also use it on shoulders and lower back . Give it a try . You may be able to cancel your Chiropractor too. I think it is good to go once or twice for them to evaluate and do an adjustment but this is probably all you need after that.

Review: I purchased this primarily for my SO who was having neck pain due to stress. I also wanted to use it for a tight back that I get from sitting and programming too long.I looked at a variety of units from various manufacturers. I initially rejected this unit due to the long arms which seemed to me to be pretty useless.However, the more reviews I read, the more the long arms seemed to make sense, not only in being able to hold the unit in various places and positions, but also just for comfort and the fact that gravity and the weight of my arms will assist in the unit working.The unit arrived two days ago... and I can say that I am extremely pleased. The quality of the build and material is very good. The controls could be a bit lower than they are, but work well and are easy to understand and remember.The unit is very effective at relieving pain. We've used it on our necks, upper and lower backs, all to good results.The best was when my SO used it... he got a blissful look, the kind you only see on a dog when you are rubbing "just the right spot".An extreme 'pro' is the fact that it is wireless. So far (from two nights of casual use between two people) I have not yet had to recharge it. No wires makes it much easier to use the device while walking around, or when moving it to a new position.Anyway... good build... good results... good purchase.Update: I purchased a second one of these for a friend of mine. They have used it for over a month now and love it. Similar to myself, the slower speed seems to be the most effective.I also should update and say that the battery life is excellent. We get easily 20 or more uses before it starts to noticeably slow up and needs a recharge.

Review: This massager was a bit of an impulse buy but in fairness I had been contemplating buying one of these for years.Firstly it arrived so quickly and packaging is simple and practical (with a top handle) so I will continue to use this to store my massager.Secondly, I was impressed with the quality of this product. It doesn't look cheap and feels comfortable around my neck. I'm a petite person and so sometimes I find products don't fit my smaller frame but this one is very comfortable. It is so easy to use, plug it in, charge it and then enjoy. You can control the pressure of the massager by how tight or lose you pull it into the area you are massaging. While this is made for your next and shoulders I have used it for other parts of my body. I have used it every day and after sitting for long periods on zoom calls all day, I look forward to my massage at the end of my day. The only criticism I have and its not a big one, is that I would have liked the heat to be a bit stronger as I don't really notice it when massaging. I bought this for the massage and not necessarily the heat function so its not a big deal for me.Lastly, I can honestly say that I would highly recommend this massager. It will definitely be on my gift giving list this year.
